Tried out Maru for lunch today. I’m happy to say it was a full house. We had sushi while we dined it. Super fresh and flavorful! I ordered Ramen and steak noodles to -go. Everything is so good. Definitely my new go-to in Macomb!

First time and will not be my last! Staff were friendly and for how busy they were food was fast! 10/10 on my hollywood roll. Also had the steak, rice, rangoon’s & noodles and it was all fresh, hot and tasty! Macomb needed a place like this!

Great new addition to dining options in Macomb! Service was fast and the chicken hibachi plate was hot and delicious. Restaurant is clean and nicely lit. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Will definitely be back.

I ordered the ichiraku ramen and blueberry japanese soda. The food was cooked excellently and seperated with broth on the bottom and the rest on top inside of a very firmly sealed container. (I had to order take-out this time but i hope to be able to dine in sometime soon too as the atmosphere seemed very relaxing. Even opening up the japanese soda was a fun experience.
5/5 I would highly reccomend anyone who is on the fence to give this restaurant a try.
I would be very sad to lose this restaurant here in town (although i dont think that is a concern based on how busy it was when I went in the early afternoon, in between lunch and dinner)
