I love this store – first of all it’s the most convenient to my home. Second, I’m a loyal caribou customer.
Occasionally, they are out of stock with something I’m looking for, but I can mostly count on them.

Ordered on the app and my coffee was hot and ready when I got there. It wasn’t busy. The barista who handed me my drink was friendly. I’ve been to this location several times and each time it’s been a pleasant experience!

Edit: Day 2 of going to this Caribou and again my oatmilk cappucino was made perfect by another Barista! ☕️ (right amount of espresso/milk/foam) Clearly their staff are trained well at this location
Im giving a 5 star because its the first time in months my cappucino was made 100% right!!!! I will definately be coming to this caribou from now on!!
The assistant manager (Moe? I might be totally wrong on her name.) made my cappucino with the perfect amount of espresso and she added FOAM!! Every other Caribou says they can’t foam oat milk, but she made it perfectly!
I wish they could send her to other stores to train… 🙂

So why is this the only location I have problems and issues with. The last issue I had here I told myself I would never be back. Made my drink completely wrong then wanted to give me attitude about it customer service is horrible here. They put whip cream on my drink as I specially ask for no whip. When I received my order and told her what was wrong is when the attitude started took my drink back literally scooped the whip cream off of the same drink spilling all down the side and gave it back to me. So anyway I thought I would give it another chance today at this location as it’s the most convenient for me. So I order a simple frozen blended drink and specially asked for double blended and this is what I got 1/4 cup of ice chunks.( see photo). Mark my word as an everyday caribou customer I will no longer step a foot into this location.

I went here this morning for drinks, cinnamon bread and my favorite sandwich. Sadly, they didn’t have it but everything we got was great! The service was alright nothing special or friendly. The drinks were blended to perfection and had no ice chucks in the bottom which is great. The cinnamon bread was soft, chewy and warm.

Unless you’re going through drive thru, you will be ignored and dismissed at the front register. They only focus on drive thru orders and fail to take your order until 10 minutes waiting in line.
