Visited this location yesterday and I feel I wasted my money. I got the Philly cheese steak and there was hardly any meet. So disappointing you charge higher prices but your employees jip us when making the sandwich. I prefer to go in and watch but ordered online. Not sure I will visit this location again.

I live right across the street from this location so I walked there to get me a sandwich and they had the doors locked with a sign that said drive thru only. So I walked to drive thru to place my order and the woman didn’t answer. I then walk to the window to see if I could place my order that way and she pointed to the sign that said “no walk ups allowed” . I don’t understand how not having a car stops me from buying my food. 2 other customers were also turn around from same reason also.

Just spent 26 on 2 foot longs to be made wrong. Steak n cheese. Double meat. Definitely didn’t get the double meat. Barely any meats. Then a BLT. Only came with bacon and Mayonnaise.

I recently visited the Subway on North Grand Avenue in Springfield, IL, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my order was perfect. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, with the bread being soft and the ingredients crisp and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and inviting, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I appreciate the quick service and the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their tasty subs!

Came here yesterday to get lunch on my break, arrived at 7:40pm. Store close time is listed as 9pm, when i tried entering all the doors were locked. Employee that was behind the counter looked up at me, and pointed towards the drive-thru and gave me a look like I was stupid. I dont have a car so i couldn’t go through the drive-thru, was very unhappy that i had to go somewhere else to get a lunch as that ate away at my break time.

I was at the Sangamon Avenue store in Springfield , Il . I got an Italian BMT Salad with all the veggies ! It was one of the most delicious salds I have had from anywhere , Patrick did an Amazing job , and his customer service was excellent ! I can’t wait for my next on he makes !

Sangamon Center store had 1 employee, who said that he was 30 minutes behind on orders and that the bread would run out before he finished the pre orders. So I went to the North Grand store. The lobby was locked, but there was no sign indicating that it was closed, the same as it was at the 1st store. So, I went to the drive thru again. The food was great & the employees were friendly and efficient.

Been there twice in the last week. Its near the hospitals. No one was in line either time. Had to wait before anyone answered the drive thru both times. The first time the guy was very polite. The 2nd time I was asked to wait at least 5 minute more before they waited on me. Should have left then. The card reader didn’t work either time. I tried 2 different cards. When I complained about the card reader she said it was not her problem but was the managers issue. I just wanted him told. The person waiting on me ended up telling me not to come back. Now I see why there is no business there.
