Had the same exact experience as a previous customer on the comments: very light on the fries. Ordered two large fries. At other Five guys locations, that bag would be filled at the bottom. Compared to other locations I’ve gone to over the last decade, I’m missing about 1/3 of my order here. Really hoping they fix this. My family was really excited to see a location open in Inwood, but the value isn’t there if they don’t operate as other locations do. (This is $15 of fries for context) Outside of this, the staff was welcoming and location was clean.

Well i didnt want to leave a star review but i guess i have to innorder for my review to go through. I was completely turned off tonight with this place. I placed a timed pick up and they made it 15 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up. Manager was not helpful at all so I canceled it. We did get there alot sooner than we thought so I called back in there and asked if they had canceled it already and she said yes and asked if I wanted to reorder, I said yes. Waited about 5 to 7 minutes went in and ordered a drink and told the young man I had a pick.up order as well nd he asked were my order was , manager said on table somewhere. I went to fill my cup with soda and 15 minutes later I still didnt have my food. It took 40 minutes for me to get my burgers and fries and to top it off my burgers had been sitting on the top shelf near the fries station the whole time. My burger was barely warm and my ketchup and mustard had shaped into my bun that’s how long it had been sitting back there. They were busy but our stuff was done and ready sitting on a shelf. I will not be going back for awhile if at all.. 30.00 is too much when the food isnt all hot like it should be..

Service was great and food was good but you’re getting light on the fries. We were disappointed to see a half filled brown little bag of fries in our bag last night. It’s always been a cup and it’s always been filled, overfilled actually. In my opinion the brown bag would be equivalent to a small not a regular size in which we paid for.

When walking in I was greatest with the most bubbly atmosphere possible, best experience. The manager Lucia answers all my questions and was super friendly. The store was clean, best 5 guys I’ve been too!!

Why are you yelling so loud ma’am?? I understand communicating with other team members but having to listen to the woman wearing black shirt yell so loud and so often just picking up a take out order tonight 1/31/26 at 7pm made me never want to step foot back in this store. This place is too small for all that.

Ordered a big hamburger and a small bacon cheeseburger. Hamburger was supposed to be 2 patties, was only 1. Called after finding mistake. Phone was answered and said can I put you on a brief hold. After 10 minutes I hung up. DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
