The staff was incredibly friendly, the facilities were clean, and the restaurant comfortable.
Best of all everything is halal!
I won’t pass this place up if I am in the area again. It is worth a stop!
If you have room after you are done with your meal, try the baklava. It is delicate, crispy and not overly sweet.
Order from the chef to the left of the counter, and pay after you’ve received your meal.
It was a little busy when we arrived and the owner/chef/order taker was super jovial and grabbed our order quickly. When grabbing the food once it was ready, he realized he made us the wrong meals and immediately stated he’d make what we ordered. I told him there was no need. We ended up eating the beef kabob wrap with fries – so good! If I’m ever in the area again I’d come back and order the beef kabob wrap again – and not even think about the other thing I was going to order although I’m sure it would have been equally as good. The owner/chef kept trying to offer to make us one of the meals we ordered on the house but we declined because the beef kabobs were so good. Instead he gave us hummus. And boy was the olive oil on the hummus delicious. Come to find out, he makes his own olive oil. He makes his own hummus. And he makes his own hot sauce, which includes the olive oil, that I couldn’t stop drooling over as well.
Delicious!
We walked in and met the entire family that was in the restaurant working.
Such kind and welcoming people, made you feel like you were at their home.
We ordered a kebab plate, pastrami burger, and a chicken shawarma. Got a side of hummus and cheesecake and baklava for dessert.
Everything was amazing. It was all perfectly cooked to order. 10 out of 10. Even the lemonade that my son ordered was fresh made.
We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re driving through town. It’s a must visit.
Everything was prepared fresh and you can tell because it tasted amazing. We also tried the lentil soup and the baklava, both were great.
There was a chess set, which was fun to play while we waited for our food. The owner and the cook were so friendly and welcoming. We will be going back and we definitely recommend!
The wrap’s ingredients are perfectly proportioned, and so are the flavors, with no one component overpowering the other. Perfect equilibrium of flavor and texture. The shwarma was tender and delicious. The falafel was epic, so moist on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. I don’t even usually like fries, and those were great too. Don’t let the exterior fool you, this place is truly excellent.
