The waitress LeeAnn was very rude. They have false advertising. Their cinnamon roll pancakes that supposedly have icing and look like a cinnamon roll is literally just plain pancakes with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on them and they charge you $2.99 extra for it. At least when this place used to be Richard’s they were friendly and didn’t lie about their food and overcharge. This place should be ashamed of itself. I’m never coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone else.

I used to not mind coming here but some of there business decisions have changed my thinking. They have added a surcharge for using a debit card, the pancakes that come with some of the breakfast meals have shrunk substantially in size and on our last visit we ordered a sandwich ala carte (no sides) and they charged us for the meal. Only after vehemently disputing with the staff did they deduct anything and then they only adjusted it to the lunch meal price. It will be a long time before we return, if ever.

If you are looking for your standard dining experience with no frills or expectations of high quality food then this is the place to go.
We’ve tried this establishment twice, breakfast once and a couple weeks later for lunch. Both experiences were almost identical.
For breakfast though served quick, it was lacking in flavor. Our Hawaiian crepes soggy, the fruit so huge and chunky it was not pleasing at all. The browning color of the fruit was off-putting and just not something you wanted to eat for long. The eggs overcooked as was the sausage.
When we came for lunch, though chili was offered on the menu, we were discouraged from ordering it because “it would take longer” …. I ordered it and yes it did take longer, which I didn’t understand but accepted.
Once I had it, I figured it was because someone had to open a can of Great Value Chili and microwave it. The beans were hard and it honestly tasted, factory processed.
My burger, ordered as medium was charred and dry, overcooked and sad. My husband had lack luster sausage and gravy which he seasoned himself. Thankfully my Grandson’s fruit was great.
We won’t be back for a third trip.

Horrible experience. Seated immediately, coffee, menus, water…half hour later order taken, half hour later finally got food. Food was wrong, cold. Over an hr for the food that was half edible. Asked to speak to a manager, got ghosted again. Never again. Had high hopes, so disappointed

Great servers, I don’t know who does the hiring but either they can spot the good ones or they are simply blessed with great women coming to work there. New gal serving in the morning/mid-afternoon has the warmest smile and the prettiest eyes. Monday was her second day and I when she said that I was truly impressed. Customer service and the food service is her calling. If I am spelling correctly her name is Kyra Our service and quality was impeccable!! She is very clean and organized in her section. Ask for her next time your in there, you won’t regret it!

Did not get photos of the food but was absolutely delicious. We had B&G with eggs , hash browns , sausage patties and toast. Deeelicious! Our waitress, Angel Fugate was awesome! Highly recommend.

Had lunch with my wife and mother in law. It was my first time and they have been twice.
I had the liver and onions off the senior menu. (Yes I am over 55 and I like liver and onions!)
Along with the L and O’s, I had a side salad and mashed potatoes and some small green beans. Included in the meal price was ice cream (chocolate) and the beverage of your choice.
The liver was cooked properly and was easy to slice. All food was well prepared and hot.
The restaurant was busy but the service was wonderful.
I will return!

I had the Captain Michael’s Eggs Benedict with hash browns. So yummy! Service was friendly, food came quickly and plan to stop again when I’m in town.
