Had some dang good Southern soul food tonight. We tried a bit of everything. We were very impressed with the Oxtail’s, The shrimp & grits, the Gumbo, the Mac n’ cheese and the Cornbread. We will definitely be back. So much more to try.

I picked up food for my family last night from celebrities Soulfood. I highly recommend the meatloaf. It is so delicious and I only ordered it on the cart and it still came with mashed Potatoes and cornbread. Everything was delicious we got the hamburger and shrimp and grits. I don’t think there’s anything that you would be sad you ordered. We will definitely be going back often. It’s in such a great location and easy to order and bring home.

This was an amazing place, situated just off of the interstate. Tried the BBQ Grilled Meatloaf with Mac n Cheese and a Sweet Potato Souffle along with the CSF Soul Punch drink and it just knocked my socks off. Flavors are perfectly balanced and compliment each other nicely. The staff was super friendly and even gave me a sample of the souffle to try while I was ordering. Definitely will go again.

We were visiting Salt Lake City and wanted some Soul Food. We found the restaurant on Google. The customer service was amazing from the time we opened the door. They gave us samples and answered our questions about items on the menu. The food was delicious. Tasted like you were eating in your mama’s kitchen. We had Dr. J’s fried chicken wings, sweet potato souffle, collard greens (vegan & regular) and macaroni & cheese. I highly recommend.

Wow, are we happy to have found this place! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth. The food came out quickly and was so delicious. We mentioned it was someone’s birthday in the group and they surprised us with a plate of cornbread and a red velvet cake for the birthday girl. The owners care a lot about the customer’s experience and it really shows. It’s hard to find soul food in the area so we will be back, no question. Highly recommend you do, too.

I didn’t know what to expect but the food is amazing. The oxtails might seem pricey, but they are *well* worth. Two big chucks of two-inch thick meat. So so so good. My wife had the salmon and absolutely loved. We’ll be back!

The food was good, but it seemed to be lacking in flavor and seasoning. My family enjoyed the food a little more than I did, but I’m the only one of us that grew up eating soul food, so that’s probably why. The prices also seemed to be a little higher than I was expecting.

The catfish was incredible as well as the Gumbo. The soul wonton were delicious The only thing I didn’t like was the Mac and cheese. It was very bland. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place
