I came in from out of town not knowing what to expect but oh boy! The vegan breakfast burrito was fantastic. I normally don’t leave reviews but this one deserves the accolade. Great flavour, not too salty (the way I like it), potatoes could have been softer but still really good, the green sauce was the ! Service was hands down the best I’ve had in Texas. The manager/owner listed all the ingredients in the burrito as he handed me the burrito. I was beyond impressed. I’ll have to come back and try their other items like the biscuits and gravy. On a separate note, The art decor especially with the written words were handcrafted by one the employees herself. Such talent! Please check them out if you can. You will not regret it.

Wow! Not only was the food delicious, but the staff were incredibly sweet and kind. It was such a refreshing stop on our cross-country road trip with our dog, who even got a complimentary snack. I’d highly recommend!! I got the vegan breakfast enchiladas and would get them again 🙂

After more than 25 years of being veg/vegan, and as a born and bred southerner, I must say hands-down this place has the best vegan biscuits & gravy I’ve EVER had. Owner was so super nice and went into great detail over his process of making his menu items. I would suggest shifting to dine-in style tableware as a more sustainable business model, but I get it that maybe they don’t have room in their space for the proper dish washing/sterilizing stuff. IDK. Point is, the food is great.

Absolutely loved this place! They had both a vegan menu and a non vegan one. My husband had the blueberry pancakes, and I got the vegan kitchen sink burrito. This made me so happy! Vegan options can be limited at times. So, really, thank you so much to the brunch truck for having endless plant based meals to choose from! Also the staff were incredibly nice and helpful!!

I took a very special lady here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was clean, employees friendly and the food, delicious. We both had the biscuits and gravy. It was different than the usual kind with the sausage gravy, but we were not at all disappointed. We both loved it! Our time there set the tone for a wonderful morning together. We will definitely be back!

Love that 99% of their food can be made vegan! Their vegan French toast was so good. I’ve only been to two places that have served good vegan French toast, and this is one. My dad highly recommends their half and half sweet tea.

I have to say, that I am very grateful for the local places that I get to visit on our tour for our World Champion Jerky company. This place is no exception to the great places I have visited!
I had the All American breakfast. It was pancakes, eggs, cubed potatoes, and sausage, or bacon. I chose the sausage. The pancake was perfectly made, super soft, and delicious. I asked for and got real maple syrup which was terrific as well. The potatoes were done right, and the owner was fantastic. This is a great local place, that doesn’t try to be fancy, but makes incredible food, has a really amazing take on what a food truck is, (food is made behind the building in a food truck, and brought inside) I think it’s super cool, and I absolutely love small business owners!
BTW- for a good laugh, you should check out the “powdered sugar” review! It’s hilarious, and my only take on that is, get over it… It was just powdered sugar, just move on lady. Looking forward to having another great breakfast soon!

I have a dairy allergy and I haven’t had biscuits and gravy in years…. They have SO many vegan options and the food is amazing and delicious! The service was really great and everyone is super friendly too. Thank you so much!!!! <3

We stopped here on our way to Dallas from Colorado. They were very accommodating to our requests and let our dog in the restaurant too. The migas was amazing probably one of the best I’ve had in a while. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. The 2 ladies working in the front were very nice to us.

Fantastic flavors at The Brunch Truck!
We were seriously impressed with this very unassuming food trailer tucked behind the bye station in downtown Amarillo. Chatting with the owner, Paul, you can tell he is super passionate about his food and it shows!
I had the Carnivore burrito which had all the breakfast meats along with Yukon gold potatoes that were all cooked to perfection. As a final touch, he cracks an egg over the food so that it coats everything in a smooth texture and elevates the overall flavor! Wish server with red and green salsa which were both excellent
My wife had the Breakfast Street Tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed as well.
Paul’s EXCELLENT customer service and the quality of the food shows his love for what he does. We will most definitely be back!
