The food was good. The lady at the register was very nice and our order was correct. My hubby always orders all white meat and most places give you 1 breast & 2 wings but they gave him 2 breasts & 1 wing. This made him happy. I ordered the pot pie & it was very good. The ladies room was clean.
However, the reason for the 3 stars is because the dining room wasn’t really clean. And my hubby said that the men’s room was disgusting. The toilet was dirty and someone had used it (#2) & not flushed…gross. And the floor was filthy.

The food was awesome. The issue is lousy customer service and poor corrective action when necessary. I went inside and ordered 2 separate lunch purchases. No customers were in the line or diner. Got the packages and drove outside of town finding that they left out a side that I paid for. Had to turn around and decided to go to drive thru since no one was there either. At order box, I politely explained and drove to window. Lady at window then admonished me for not coming back inside. No apologies or effort to get my business again came from her. Why such poor service from a fast food restaurant between 12 noon and 1 p.m.? No wonder they didn’t have any business.

If it were possible to review this place with no stars I would. Me and my wife went here on Sunday afternoon to enjoy a meal. It was around 3:30 and they weren’t very busy. We stood at the counter and watched employees walk around and take care of drive thru orders without ever even speaking to us for 10 minutes finally the guy in drive thru said someone will be with you shortly. Another two minutes passed with no one taking our order or speaking to us so we left. Again tonight my wife went through the drive thru to get us dinner around 8:30 pm and asked for grilled chicken meals. The people were rude. She received her order to come home to fried chicken. She went back to the store to be told they hadn’t done grilled chicken in years and that ain’t what she asked for rudely. We will never waste our time or money at this location EVER again.

I ordered a 20 piece meal the biscuits were like hockey pucks and the chicken looked like it was burnt it was dry and hard in places. I think it had been under the lights to long. I hadn’t been in there in months because they shorted me on sides then. This is definitely the last time I will go back to this KFC!

This is a good branch. Clean with friendly and efficient staff. Service was fast and the food hot and tasty! A much better eating experience than over the road at the Fort Valley Wendy’s!!

Lady taking my order didn’t even let me order my side. My husband order tenders and got no sauce. I ordered Diet Coke and they gave me regular…I’m diabetic. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had here.

If I could rate this it would be a negative 5. This place needs to be closed down. The first time I went and for my chicken to be cooked fresh. The girl told me that they just brought the chicken up 15 minutes ago. To my knowledge that’s not fresh coming from working in a fast food restaurant. I asked her again if she can drop me some fresh chicken and she told me “no.” So I just pulled off and called 1-800-CALL-KFC.
So yesterday my daughter tried to go in on the inside and the doors were locked so husband pulled up in the drive thru at or around 9 pm ( NOTE: THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 9:30pm). My husband proceed to order our food and they told him they didn’t have any crispy chicken they only had original. So he asked them could they drop the crispy chicken. Long story short they told him they wasn’t going to drop the chicken. That particular night the manager Tasha was working and they girl that took the order name was Melinda. Once again I called 1-800-CALL-KFC.

The customer service there is DISGUSTING! As much as I love chicken, I’d rather travel 15minutes away and eat at Chic-Fil-A. At least at Chic-Fil-A I am going to be treated with outstanding five star service. I feel sorry for the future customers that are going to experience the same thing I did. So, if you are looking to be treated with poor customer service THIS IS THE RESTAURANT FOR YOU!!!!
