Went here for lunch on a Saturday it wasn’t busy with only about 3 other tables with people eating. The host and as it turned out our server took us to a booth brought us silverware and menus and took our drink orders Pepsi for me a Model with tomato juice for my companion dont ask what it’s called. He came back in a very short order with chips and salsa and our drinks. He gave us a little time to check out the menu and enjoy the chips and salsa both were good with the chips having good corn flavor and nice and crunchy and the salsa having good flavor and no heat that we noticed possibly made fresh but hard to tell. After we had looked at the menu for a bit we both decided to order the build your plate with any 2 or 3 items which comes with rice and beans from the menu. I ordered 2 ground beef tacos and a ground beef enchilada my companion ordered a chili rellenos and chicken enchilada. Our orders were brought out in a short time and we both agreed about the food it was good and filling however but nothing special flavor wise nothing stood out. It’s a nice restaurant with comfy booths and good food and friendly people will we be back no but would I recommend it if you wanted some good food in a nice place with friendly people yes.

Amazing experience at Mazatlan! Immediately provided with chips and salsa upon sitting down. The patron margaritas were massive and delicious. The food was to die for. I loved my chicken fajitas and the guacamole was amazing as well. If i lived close by i would be going to eat here at least twice per month.
The atmosphere and decorations are very colorful and delightfully mexican. I highly recommend Mazatlan to mexican food fans or those interested in mexican food.

Great frozen margaritas! Being from Texas TexMex is my favorite food. Mazatlan had a great selection of TexMex favorites and tradition Mexican dishes. We had the beef fajitas which were delicious. Service was great as well as the atmosphere. I highly recommend Mazatlan.

Overpriced, literally should cost at least 30% less if not half of what the menu prices are. Especially considering most meals have fairly simple and even inexpensive ingredients. Also their customers will buy drinks so they should think about lower their prices. I love Mexican food but will never go there to eat beans, rice, tortillas, chips and sauces with smattering of vegetables for over $20 a plate. ( Not even to go )
This is taking advantage of people who want to enjoy life and have a nice night. Think about a family trying to take grandma, Grandpa and two kids for lunch or dinner, and buy… With drinks, even non alcoholic , add tip… Too much for what you get.

made a reservation for 6:30, hours a head of time get there and still had to wait 30 minutes, so we sat at the bar had a few drinks. ordered mojito and not even close to being a mojito it was lemonade and cant even taste the alcohol even after ordering a double. food wasn’t the greatest mediocre at best. sucks cause we heard great things about the place but it was more of a let down.

Food was good and the meal portion was average for the price. Service started out great but then my server was nowhere to be found. I wanted more water and another soda but could not get it because the waiter did not come back until the bill was presented. I will try it again because I’m hoping my first visit was just a fluke and service will improve.

I was immediately offered chips and salsa with my menu. The taco salad was just what I needed for lunch. Excellent service. Dalafield is one of the Ice Age Trail Alliance communities and Mazatlan is a part.

Menu discriptions were very misleading, so the food we got was not as expected as well as not that flavorful. Despite big language barrier with staff, they were very friendly and nice. Food issue may have been due to language differences, but we will not be returning. The value just dosnet seem to be there compared to other places.

We ate here twice. Unfortunately it was night and day experiences each time. The first time we were really impressed… the food was great. 2nd time, it was mediocre food like you find at a lit of Mexican places around here. Nothing close to authentic tasting, just very blah.
