The Xtra large luxe Peperoni xtra cheese , was a bad choice , Dough was almost burnt , XL but no cheese or very little . I was expecting a better pizza , I don’t think We will be back .

My wife & I have always had great experiences with the buffet here and would recommend it as the pizza is always hot and delicious.
The takeout, however, is a completely different story. Our pizzas have been made incorrectly over 10 times, causing us to have to wait a long time for remakes. Anybody who has children knows how just an extra 30 minutes waiting for food seems like the end of the world for them. For this reason, we decided to stop ordering takeout (I don’t want the restaurant losing money on remakes.)
Tonight, the manager attempted to make a few bad experiences right. When we got home, we found a long black hair cooked into the pizza. We didn’t attempt to get it remade or make a big deal about it, but still another negative experience. I have attached a couple of pictures, one being zoomed in on the hair.
While I’m sure other people have different experiences, and I would like to see this location stay open, we will not order takeout here anymore and don’t recommend it. As stated above, the buffet is amazing and we still plan to support this MrJims that way.

The buffet was pretty well kept full of a large selection of pizzas. The Hawaiian pizza was good, but I think it used ham and not actual Canadian bacon. Would recommend if you’re looking for pizza in Vernon, TX.
They handled a rush really well (separate visit) and kept the buffet stocked with pizza. The store is clean. If you have your heart set on pizza buffet, call first as the buffet is only certain days.

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday shortly after they opened and ordered a pizza; pepperoni and tomato with bbq sauce; and were very impressed; the crust was light and not too thick; toppings were perfect. The inside of the restaurant was spotless and the staff were great.

Well I was all ready to give an excellent review when I realized some items missing. When I called back cashier was rude and refused to respond with good manners . I added ranch to my order so she deleted all the sauce that came with my order . I explained I still wanted my sauce that came with my order just add ranch . She basically told me off exclaiming that’s my fault! She dismissed me and hung up. The old supervisor would not have tolerated speaking to a customer like that and would’ve had it express delivered!!!
