Do not eat here! Me and my family ordered/ate here and got food poisoning!! Leaving a bad review because i have reached out multiple times to speak with manager and all they do is get my number and never return my call or have received a refund!!

Very poor customer service. Several walked out because they had been waiting so long. no acknowledgment to customer’s. Two out smoking while one person inside taking orders. And don’t get me started on the no cash they insist on you using your debit card don’t want you using cash. We definitely will not be back.

I ordered my sandwich online it was ready at the states pick up time. Staff was super friendly, but far more importantly my sandwich was precisely made to order. The presentation of my sandwich was unmatched and appeared as the employee takes pride in her job. Thank you subway of Baxley.

The person making my sandwich was also the general manager so I would have expected better service. She got on her phone and took a call right before starting my order so I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or on the phone. She didn’t seem friendly at all just going thru the motions while making my sandwich. I would think the general manager would set the standard on being friendly to the staff and not be on the phone while making an order for a customer. Will try again and hope the service is better.

The lady who fixed my order was very nice and friendly. She was fixing 2 sandwiches for me, 2 for the customer in line after me, and 1 for another customer after that. She was the only employee there at the time, but she was getting it done. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves recognition for how well she did her job.

I placed an online order at 8:30 PM—outside of typical supper hours and not during a rush. The order was for one six-inch cold sub and nothing else. The app indicated that the order would be ready by 8:45 PM. I arrived early, so I waited in the parking lot in view of the pickup shelf so I could grab my order as soon as it was ready. By 9:05 PM, the order was still not ready. Several customers entered and left the establishment with fulfilled orders throughout this time. My eife went inside to check on the order, and I did not receive the order until 9:15 PM. There is no world in which it makes sense that a six-inch cold sub would have taken 45 minutes to make. As I was in the parking lot witnessing the employees, I noticed only two employees present. I can understand being short staffed and busy, but only one of the employees was actively working. Another employee was neglecting his job the entire time. If I had not paid for this on the app, I would taken my business elsewhere.

Giving four stars for the girls behind the counter. They were really Awesome. My Italian herb and cheese bread was very lame. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were suspect. In reality that falls on the bought off health inspector and ownership. I owned my own business for 30 years. Wouldn’t let this stuff slide. Even if it meant having to do it myself. Get the feeling that would never happen with this kind of owner or I wouldn’t be having to point this out.
