Sign says open 3:27 pm in the afternoon, doors locked and the one employee is sitting in there car on the phone and now has left the property, building is locked with the sign still saying open. Higher more people or figure it out lost my business I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location if this is how it is run.

I went in tonight around 6:30 pm to grab a couple subs for myself and my granddaughter, I don’t often have a complaint about the service but when I pay $10 for a sub I expect to get more that 6 slices of thin meat on my sandwich. The change in employees at this location is like a revolving door and are not properly trained. The young lady that made our subs didn’t even fold the pieces in half so I ate one half only to find there was no cheese on it either. Very disappointed. Now I have tried to call but they haven’t answered yet.

Tried to go here twice, first time no one ever took my order and I have no clue who was even working. Second time took 15 minutes before almost leaving. Terrible wait, crappy service!

Apparently this is extra pickles and black olives, I called the manager to try to get it situated and told me it was a policy that I have to keep asking for more in which I did the first time I had asked 3 times and she only put on two more olives/pickles then I asked a 3rd time and same thing two pickles and two black olives I love coming here to get subway but it’s just going downhill and management won’t do anything to help you

Careful when ordering on the App. Have had several orders incorrect due to their lack of rechecking the orders. 2 salads – 1 had cheese and honey mustard, 1 had sweet onion sauce.. they were on the incorrect salads. Salads are consistently made wrong.
Our sub on the order had 3 things in it, and was still given black olives when not in the order.
App is awful slow, but that doesn’t pertain to this specific Subway, obviously. But there isn’t much of a point to ordering on the app and giving a tip if they are not going to pay attention to what’s written on the orders.
My advice, just walk in and watch them make your order.
Order was made at 6pm on 5/11/2025. Hopefully whoever made it could be told to pay more attention and recheck before just bagging it and hoping for the best.

I typically get my subs from Epsom but I was in the area so I got it from tilton and the guy was rude and gave me this sad pathetic sub and when I asked for more so I can actually have a good meal he rudely said that this was all that was required and I paid full price for this ew

I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but a constant let down. Worst subway I have ever been to. Not sure why I’m paying $17 for a sandwich. Go anywhere else. Shame on me for going back.

Always friendly and good food as well! Also a suggestion to please give the Tilton NH employees an air conditioner in the summer – it is necessary & hot in the summer somedays and with light coming in those huge windows and the sun shining in – with no fresh air circulating, it was hot in there & hard to breathe just standing in line, so they have got to be sweating when having to run around to make sandwiches and cook with those huge ovens in front of them, I can donate one if needed. 🙂

I will not go to Subway again. I can purchase a better sandwich for a less expensive price at other places. Furthermore, I consistently receive coupons that they don’t accept, and the employee working at that time was rude about it also

Every time I order online for pick . They put the honey mustard on top of the sandwich instead of inside on the bread . They just close the sandwich and squirt the condiments right on top makes a huge mess and almost impossible to eat . I would like to upload pics but doesn’t seem like I can
