Came in an hour before closing and the guy making the pizza was complaining and demeaning us for placing an order and slamming things around and being absolutely rotten and passive aggressive. Never been treated like this in another establishment before, literally ever. I have worked service industry and I understand the issues that come with it and also the frustrations, but, unless the customer was rude to me first I’ve never, ever treated them disrespectfully. Insane they allow this kind of attitude here. You simply don’t treat people this way.

So it was good not great but good. They could work on cleanliness the floor really need to be swept and I didn’t see anyone wiping down tables. Besides that it’s cool for the kids to be able to build their own pizzas. Spend about $60 on three pizzas and garlic bread.

As a general rule, I ADORE Mod Pizza. This was the worst Mod Pizza I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, you can have all the right ingredients, and if the wrong person is making it, all you get is YUCK.
Either this kid was not well trained, or it’s simply weaponized incompetence. Probably both.

After an appalling service at another locally owned business, we ended up going to MOD pizza. I did not get the names of the two ladies that were working today around 12:10 PM, but they were fantastic. They were able to take our order, make the pizzas, and get us out the door in about 15 minutes. I have never actually been inside the MOD pizza here in town, but I was very pleased. It was clean, everything was fresh, great customer service, definitely all fives from me.
