It’s the worst Dunkin’ in the area. The the baked goods are often undercooked and taste burnt because of their oven and the coffee is very often bad. I’d recommend going down the road to either of the other dunkins.

Came here with my family on thanksgiving. Whoever is manager needs to set their priorities. On a holiday there was only one employee, taking orders, making drinks, doing walk in orders, making food, and keeping up on donut case. The employee wasn’t the problem what so ever however no manager should EVER allow there to be ONE employee on shift for a holiday. He did amazing there was a lot of pressure and a line through the door. You aren’t making any more money because half of us felt bad even ordering more than a drink or two. Anyway not only is it a security issue having only one person in the building it’s literally taught in DDU training that at least two people should be on shift at all times. he was STRESSED and still managed to mask it for customer service prioritization. Someone give him a raise a promotion. He deserves better than whatever he’s getting right now. This is why this location has such a high employee turnaround. Just sad. Treat your hard workers with more respect.

Possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever been to. I frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts once a week for about two months, and every single time without fail my food is either cold/burnt/wrong or when I place a mobile order items aren’t even in the bag. The service is pleasant enough, but not enough to justify ruining my mornings with actually inedible food. Some people may think to bring whatever bad food back in to be remade, I’ve tried, the food returns back simply inedible in the same or different ways. How hard is it to just be consistently good or decent, instead of just consistently bad

Got a few coffee for myself and friends they were exactly what I ordered. I feel sorry for the new girl that was working and left to work alone not even knowing the buttons on the register or how to work the iced coffee machine. Where stayed cheery and professional even though she was very clearly scheduled to work a solo evening shift while not even being properly trained to do so. 1 star for their poor treatment of employees, 3 stars for coffee quality being decent, but 5 stars for this new employee keeping her cool and doing an amazing job under high pressure. Keep up the good work.

One of the best Dunkin donuts I’ve been in. Staff is very friendly. Very cleab bathrooms. Nice waiting area by the door. No drive through but worth the effort to go in. 99.9 per cent of the time they get your order correct.

Could not make a purchase. Associate whom I am assuming was the manager on duty was very disrespectful withing the 1st 2 min of walking in.while politely attempting to great and make my presence know. Was rudly and loudly yelled at “what! I am doing something!” in response to a “hi”. After a 3 hour drive this is very heart breaking not to get my favorite Dd fix.

Just went into get my dunkin and overheard the manager berating an employee in front of everyone or a small misunderstanding! The girl looked new and embarrassed ! So unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed! Everything else was great but someone needs to speak to the manager about her behavior!
