I have to give props to Amanda at Starbucks today. It’s early Tuesday morning…11ish. The mall is fairly empty, but the line at Starbucks was really long. Apparently there were only two Starbucks people at this spot today and one had gone to the bathroom. Amanda was moving like a fiend taking care of the register and drinks. She deserves major kudos and a raise!!!

4:40 PM: This girl with the butterfly tattoo on her neck was so rude to my mom. My sister had a bunch of powder at the top of her strawberry lemonade that was unblended so of course we asked if she could blend it more… she rolled her eyes at my mom when she took the drink back. She was so dry too when she took our order like don’t work there if you don’t like talking to people.

The worst service ever I ordered 3 coffees. And then I asked for a cup of water cause I needed to take a medicine. I kept waiting for some water for more than 10 minutes and I asked them again. And they didn’t give me anything. I can’t understand how something that simple the made it too difficult.

The people who currently work here are super kind! They all are such a pleasure to be around. Some even recognize me and greet me before going up to the register. Definitely my new favorite starbucks location!

Used to be good. Not sure what happened, but the frappes we ordered were so watery and not worth the money. Definitely not starbucks quality. Worker was chatting with friend while there was a long line of people waiting and then 10 minutes later came back to “work”.

My dad got a drip coffee that was old and tasted awful. When he made a complaint to the barista, she refused to make him a new one, saying “It always tastes bitter”. I have never had a Starbucks barista refuse to make a new batch before! Better off going to the one at 143rd and La Grange where they offer better customer service.

I went here and got a good Arnold Palmer type tea. The barista (I think her name was Sanny) did a great job! She was very kind and helped me with my order when I couldn’t remember the exact wording for my order. Awesome service 🙂
