I’ve already contacted you directly, and the coupon wasn’t even for a full-topping pizza; it was for a one-topping pizza.
Ordered pickup at 3 pm for 5 pm. Arrive at 4:45, and the person says it will take 45 minutes due to two orders being ahead of ours. The pizzas ordered two hours ago should be a priority. Spoke to customer service, they offered a free 3-topping pizza coupon that I have to wait 24/48 hours to receive (hopefully). A very generic response. If they wanted to make it right, the manager at that location would offer a free pizza or dessert attached to the order we had to wait 45 minutes for.

I recently got pizza from location in Malden Mo and the food was exceptional. It was fresh and hot! The atmosphere was lovely the workers were friendly and the restaurant was very clean the service was impeccable.

Gotta say Dylan the shift lead is an asset to this location. His speed and accuracy with his work is top tier. It’s a shame they have him working alone in the store but I can see why. Was very impressed with him the last few times I made an order.
