As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The lady pictured was so rude she scared my 8yr old.

This location does not have pennies. I was owed $17.64 but I was given back $17.60. You don’t take away from the customer’s money because you don’t have the proper change. I nicely said hey I believe you shorted me a nickel. She said very rudely ” what do you mean I shorted you, can’t you see we don’t have pennies?!” I offered one of my own pennies to not short them either and I said can’t you see you need to round it? She said it isn’t a big deal. I said it’s a big deal to me in this burning economy and Im offering a penny, she repeated three times it isn’t a big deal and then said she would get me the nickel. I said thank you kindly but she slammed the window so hard it bounced back as she turned to her coworker to yell about how I’m mad about a nickel.

No ma’am now I’m mad about your attitude.

When she handed me the bag of food I didn’t say thank you this time because the last time she slammed the window in my face so I didn’t say anything I just took the food and she said “whatever!”
I then realized that I actually received a garlic Parm chicken wings but I asked for honey bbq. When I explained this nicely, she yelled back “you said garlic Parmesan!” I said “no, I said honey bbq.” So she slammed the window again and when she returned, I tried to offer the garlic Parm in exchange and she yelled “I don’t want that!”

As I drove off my 8 yr old said “that lady was scary. She saw my tears and looked at me with a real angry face.” She showed me a glare.

Shes 8. Youre an adult. Get ahold of yourself.

My 11 yr old said I wish we didn’t go to that one because that lady was rude for no reason.
When I realized they didn’t even give us our lemonade I decided not to go back because my children don’t need to be around that atmosphere.

Parts of the fries were still cold like they’d been half cooked. The rest of the food was delicious.
I wish people were nicer. Clarifying a mistake does not justify slamming the window, talking nasty, and scaring children. She should not be in customer service.

You guys do not know how to read a receipt on how things are to be made, and then when a customer calls you do not answer the phone to rectify the situation. It’s terrible customer service, please teach your workers to follow what people put on their order as their is severe food allergies etc that a customer could have

Stop by this place after a trip to California on a Wednesday night at around 9pm. They did an excellent job making my burger… Looked like a burger from a commercial. Fries were filled to the brim of the container.l, and super fresh (hot). I don’t write many reviews, unless it’s something special… Hats off to the crew that made my order… Great job

Whoever is currently working the window on 12/25/25 needs to be terminated immediately. Came through the drive thru and I couldn’t have been more disgusted with the way the staff member was speaking to me as I was placing my order, that I told her never mind and pulled off. I have been here numerous times, even in the evening and have had exceptional service. Please retrain or fire her. Older lady, on shift at 3:40 pm on Christmas Day! Send Undercover Boss back out to your stores and work on the staffs poor attitudes.

Food here has definitely changed, new owner as of 1/16/2026. They use ai to take your order and when at the window no one said hello or communicated but the food was very good and cook correct!!

First off, this is my second time visiting this location. The first time, the service and food was ok. Decided to give this location another shot, and was very happy that I did! The customer service that I received from Kareena was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. She even made it her business to make sure my order was not only correct, but hot! Thank you Kareena for making my night. We need more people that care!

Worst customer service ever. Food was not hot or even warm. The lady featured in the picture was short, nasty attitude and rushing us. She acted as if we were bothering her. The nerve of us expecting to order food while she’s at WORK.
When a person’s attitude is so bad that it shines though via speaker/microphone, imagine what it would be like in person.

01/01/2026..I just felt rushed..the young lady talked over me while i was placing my order. Did all that just to get home and realize they had my order wrong. This isnt the first time this has happened. I just hooe you all start hiring people with real customer service or just go full blown AI at this point because it seems people dont like their jobs and i feel my order was made wrong intentionally because someone just lack basic short end cook skills.

Stopped by checkers and had the best experience I have ever had from start to finish Karina was so awesome she is the best she took my order and had the best personality and was so professional and had my order out fast my food was delicious the staff was absolutely amazing!!!!!
