The food is mid. If this was my introduction to L and L I’d probably never return unfortunately this location is the closest to my home, I’ll don’t to another location next time. Long Beach and Willow and Torrance has way better quality food. The bbq beef didn’t come chopped and it’s more like bbq beef jerky with no flavor. It’s super thin like milanessa.

I ordered, went to bathroom, washed up, and then stood around for ten or fifteen minutes before finally getting a refund and going to Panda Express. I watched the cooks have a five minute conversation before even starting my order. Crazy thing is, I watched him make it as the cashier processed my refund and it took about two minutes. There were only three other people in the place. Don’t waste a lunch break here. They want 20+ dollars for way too much of your time.

Now don’t get me wrong, I love Hawaiian cuisine and I think the food here is alright; however I’ve been to this location on several occasions thus far and it feels sticky and dirty every time.
Floors are sticky; drink station looks unclean; flies typically around this weird teriyaki sauce dispenser; the dining area doubles as storage; the glass windows and doors are covered with ugly signage and fingerprints.
This place has a lot of potential to thrive but there seems to be no investment in the customer dining experience nor the appearance of cleanliness.
Overall impression: mediocre

Quality is back here! I stopped ordering L&L for a year because I wasn’t happy with what I was getting but I gave into the craving and tried them again. Now I’m very happy with the flavor and serving size! I ordered the BBQ mix and pulled pork w/ cabbage. It was freshly made and really good. I always get an extra macaroni salad because it’s the best.

I visited this location with high expectations but left very disappointed. The food quality was poor, and the portion sizes were surprisingly small for a “large” plate. Most dishes were overcooked and heavily covered in sauce, which made them overwhelming and unpleasant to eat. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not return.

The food was quite burnt and had a weird film covering the protein. The server did her job but honestly was very short with her answers and didn’t feel welcoming. Not really a problem but cmon, don’t give me the stink eye when you don’t get a 15% tip for literally doing the bare minimum.

In the store is $25,when asked her and showed her (Jenny),she said that is an old price from their old location and prices are now different!
I see why their rating are so low!

Yesterday we participated in an expo that allowed us to try out 6 participating restaurants and L&L was one of them. The sample portion size was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious but the best part was the staff. I will absolutely be back for dinner soon.
