Chicken is crispy, has a nice crunch.
The rice tasted freshly cooked. The Mac.
I’m a truck driver and ngl Ima be honest. I hate deliveries and loading up in California. It’s not the friendliest truck state.
But their food….mmmmm so good. No regerts. The price, calories all worth it. Very hefty portion. 10/10

The Chicken Katsu with their Kimchi Butter plate is amazing with great flavor. Got the spicy version and the heat was just right. Also go their kimchi aioli which was superb. Out of all the food spots I tried at Rodeo 72 this was the best.

I loved the chicken katsu with the kimchi butter! Very unique, very savory flavor. I did find the rice to not be on the same level of quality however. It was just a bit distracting. That being said, I thought the macaroni salad was great with just a bit of tuna mixed in that made for a really good texture.
Overall, it was great and I would recommend it. Very good portion of food for $15 after tax in May 2025. More than enough for 1 person. Could possibly feed 2, especially if you want to leave space for dessert elsewhere in Rodeo 72.

Amazing Hawaiian food with convient quick service. We ordered online and our food was ready exactly at the expected time. Beyond the convenience and great service, the food is delicious!! The chicken is perfectly crispy and still so tender and juicy. The spam masubi with the brûlée topping has the perfect balance of flavor and texture. The portions were very large and the food is very filling. Can’t wait to come back to eat here again soon!

Ordered the #3 wavy bundle. The shrimp was so good and I’ve had a lot of shrimp. The mac complemented it perfectly and the buttery rice was tasty as well. Had a hard time saving half of the plate for my husband to try. Also ordered tye strawberry pineapple lemonade and it was tasty and refreshing. Will definitely be returning to try the chicken dish.

Hit up Shootz at Rodeo 72 and got the chicken + shrimp combo—super bomb. The flavor was on point, the sauce had a kick, and that mac salad? Chef’s kiss. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving island vibes without the flight!
