Every time I come there’s an issue with staff. This last time was my final straw. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and pulled off into the parking lot usher to pick up my food. When I got inside a few people came in after me to pick up mobile orders and the employees helped them before even acknowledging me I felt very see thru. They then told me I never set off the sensor yet the car behind me ordered and picked up their food in the same time frame I stood inside. Once I got my food they just slid the bag to me and didn’t say a word. I wasn’t rude to them in anyway when I came in I just wanted to pick up my mobile order like everyone else. Next time I’ll drive the extra miles for Taco Bell.

I used the app for a driver-thru order. My order was for 3 crunchy supreme tacos, and a strawberry vanilla cream soda freeze.
After my experience I read the reviews. I looked/checked at my order before leaving the lot; however, I did not open the taco itself. When I started eating … there was no sour cream on the tacos.
I used the app to report the issue since returning during rush hour and the route would have taken at least 45 minutes. I advised through feedback that I had taken photos to support my claim and asked for a refund.
My total that day was $12.37.
Customer service responded with an email even though I ask to be contacted by phone.
The resolution given to me was worded as “A Little Something On Us.” … which was an offer for a 1 free item on my next visit. The word “Little” was well used in their reply, which I find as an insult.
I would not recommend this location due to the numerous bad reviews and how they chose to think what they offered in a reply without any discussion was or would be an acceptable resolution. The email didn’t even offer an apology.
SHAMEFUL
Parking lot and drive-thru was empty during evening rush hour.
I also tried calling this location for over an hour and the line was busy on every attempt.

Worst drive thru I have been to. Every single time they leave customers waiting 10+ minutes on the speaker. I sat 25+ minutes behind 2 cars today, rudest workers on the speaker who can barely pretend to be in a good mood are truly the icing on the cake.

Tonight shortly after 11ish and oh my gosh the night staff was awesome! I tried the new confetti freeze at first I had said I was just curious and didn’t want then changed mind. When I tell you the staff got on me talking about “it’s good huh” and “I thought you didn’t want it” lol made me laugh thank you for ending my night right! Give my people raises!

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Watched 4 cars get their order taken and food and were told at the window to wait while cars piled up behind us and no explanation for why our order couldn’t be taken when there was no one ahead of us any longer. Terrible service! The Belmont location is the only one worth it to me. I was excited for the Mount Holly location but it’s not consistent whatsoever!

The service was terrible the girl taking my order had a really nasty attitude. The food was way too salty, the cinnamon twists were mostly cinnamon and sugar, and the drinks had no flavor at all. Overall, a total waste of money.
