Place was understaffed and I waited an hour for a cheese pizza. This pace is amazing and the staff sucks!!! I wish they close it and never have it open again. Look at the pictures I added, the floor was nasty and there was only one person working. Incredible experience all I can say.

One of the employees…she spoke was unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be correct and to be treated with respect. I hope you can address this issue with staff to improve customer service in the future.

Pizza came out fresh and hot as I ordered it. I ordered through the online app and it went to a different Papa John’s out by University instead of the one here in New Tampa. They help remedy the issue called the other store and have it transferred over for me no issues whatsoever thanks so much. To not have this issue in the future I would put photos of the store that the order is going to on the online app.

I used to like Papa Johns,but after this, I would rather go to some other pizza places.It went down the hill.That was the Works.The dough didn’t rise, you can see how skinny it was, not much toppings how used to be and no taste.Bought 2 pizzas, spend $40.Absolutely disgusting.

Papa Johns is perhaps the most disorganized franchise with the absolute worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with.
After changing my address and ordering a pizza, I received a text that they were using Doordash for deliveries.
Soon after placing the order I received a phone call and no message was left.
Aparently,Papa John’s noticed the change but still delivered to the incorrect address.
When I called the store about the discrepancy, no apology was provided, no compensation offered , no explanation given.
The consequence of such lacking concern for their customers will result in no future orders from Papa John’s, no recommendation to order Papa John’s, no hesitation to echo this negative experience to others.
When it comes to pizza, there is too much competition at better prices to be got elsewhere.

Placed an order at 7:30 Pm and close to 9 pm we still haven’t received our order, called to see what was going on because they told us 30 mins. Was told that a door dash driver hasn’t came to get the order. No one bothered to call us or tell us. Manager who said her name was Gwen was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She said “either cancel the order or come get it yourself” after our food was sitting there for over an hour she did offer to make it fresh and we could come get it in 20 mins so we could now wait close to 2 hours for a medium pizza and 10 wings. We called back to cancel and she said ok and hung up the phone. No apology or nothing just told us to basically suck it up and deal with it. I then asked her who she reports to and she responded with “myself”, extremely rude and not worthy of a manager title. Would not do business with them anymore. Completely shocked at the nastiness and unhelpful attitude of her.

Manager was on phone dealing with a customer complaint when I walked in. My pizza was made wrong and tasted like cardboard! No sauce, barely no cheese. Called for a refund and was denied- she was extremely rude! Store was dirty too! What happened to good ol’ Papa John’s?? It used to be so good! Worst pizza ever! Manager had worst customer service I’ve dealt with!!!
