I just left this Subway and it is a disgusting and pathetic joke! I ordered a footlong nachos and it was a snack size bag of nachos (see picture). It would not fill up the stomach of a 2 year old child! I also ordered a footlong philly steak and cheese. The meat was less than what the 6 inch subs use to have. You could literally count how many pieces of steak was on it. And the lettuce was soured. Corporate and the health department need to step in and shut it down. I will never be back!

The girl making the sandwich would put a tiny amount of cheese and veggies and had to ask multiple times to put more on so it was a normal amount. Then at the end she went and flattened and tried to roll it like a burrito. The bread was completely smushed. The subway down the street at exon is way better with way nicer staff

I come in here often and lately it’s just been bad experiences. Today I go in and the lady is yelling at the new kid inside. First when he tried to put something away and then on how he wrapped something. Then he “wasn’t speaking loud enough” Made me uncomfortable and I really felt bad for him. Seemed like his first job. Then I tried to use a coupon and she lied about not having a button to use it cause it was expired. I’ve used expired coupons before at different locations. Literally only a few days out. I can’t use the app because someone hacked my account and now I can’t get the discounts. I’m probably going to use a different location from now on.

Worst exp I’ve had in a long time. Those 3 girls will sit behind the counter eating and talking, making their own sandwiches, while customers sit and wait while their conversation ends. Horrible service. They should all be fired for how they treat customers.

I have never gotten a bad sub at this location…but this one was a disappointment. Did on app…buy one foot long get one…it was a club and had none of the meat it should have..no cheese. I’ve ordered this numerous times…I took ham off my black forest ham to make it edible for my husband. I hope it’s not cause it’s a buy one get one.

This may be the best Subway franchise I’ve ever patronized. Personally I’ve always loved Subway sandwiches. However in lots of markets the service has been abysmal. Franchisees that were pushing to drive costs down and instead they drove down the business.
This place is different… I’ve actually spoken with employees who say ‘yes, our boss invests in US.’

Managment has changed and the service is phenomenal now! The food is excellent as well! The manager was on site this afternoon when I was there. Her employee that made my food was very courteous too. I will definitely be going back more often than my usual. Before, you just never knew what you were gonna get. Now I believe the owners have done great by hiring this woman. Before anyone reading this asks .. No, I do not know anyone working there or the owners . I’m simply writing an honest review. Way to go for Subway!!! It’s nice to have someplace to go eat that they actually wants & cares for your business nowadays. Especially one that doesn’t require you to go take a loan out just to get something to eat. Lol
