This Taco Bell exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the service was fantastic—friendly staff and quick service made me feel at ease. The food was fresh and flavorful, with perfectly prepared tacos and satisfying sides. I also loved the vibe of the restaurant; it was bright, clean, and had a welcoming ambiance. This is my favorite Taco Bell by far, however, today they were not on their normal excellent game. I ordered a bean burrito, spicy potato soft taco and a quesdilla. The spicy potato soft taco was cold. The quesadilla looks like it wasn’t even heated up and was cold. The bean burrito was the only item that was warm. Hope you guys pay more attention and go back to the normally excellent service you provide.

Every time I walk into these places everyone is waiting on their orders to be taken or sitting waiting on their to go orders. Taco bell used to be crazy fast. That’s probably the last time I attempt to walk into a taco bell. All the locations I’ve been to have a poor service trend.

Stood a counter for five minutes no one even acknowledged my presence. Ordered a screen off menu as no one wanted to take my order. The order screen in not that intuitive, kept asking me to order a specific fountain drink although I was dining in. Food was what I expected, sauce packets have gotten smaller. Left without anyone acknowledging my being at the restaurant.

Yesterday, I stopped in to grab some tacos for dinner. I place my order and had my money ready when I got to the drive-up window. I nice young lady told me the price which was lower than the order screen had indicated.
When I ask if she had given me the correct amount due, she smiled and said, “oh I gave you our senior discount”.
Yes, my grey hair gave me away!
I thought to myself, “she didn’t have to do…what a nice person.”
It occurs to me that the owner of that store may have received a little less profit (under $1.00) but they sent off a customer with a very positive feeling. That’s a big payoff in my book.
Oh, BTW that nice young lady is Colby D if I read the receipt correctly. I hope they hire more thoughtful people like her.

This location is hit or miss. During the day you have your average fast food employees, older, dare i say more mature people. I have gone to this location after 9 pm and the customer service is horroble because they have younger generation running the place. I have pulled in to drivd through and been completely ignored, or the employee was rude. I am not the only person to have this experience.
