Let’s just say I should have looked at the reviews before ordering online. How dare YOU serve ppl food like this! Dryer out old Beef brisket with sauce thrown on top, including the chicken. The food tastes extremely old the baked beans taste like it has a pound of butter in it, and there is no taste to the macaroni and cheese. Are you all actually tasting the food that you’re preparing for your customers or are you just collecting money? I will be getting my money refunded from DoorDash and I will never eat at this establishment ever again let’s just pray for you guys to say that I don’t catch food poisoning. This food is A disgrace!!

This location is a scam selling horrible food that is NOT Dickey’s. Do not order from here expecting anything edible. The Mac and cheese was rotten, and there are no big yellow cups, we were given ketchup packets with the meat. Chicken was just dry chicken breast in watery sauce. Fries were frozen packaged and gross, soggy. Photos show what we got. As well as the business photo plus what it looked like.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to their website. It’s a ghost kitchen. They don’t actually BBQ anything. The food is slop. I ordered the brisket, kielbasa, and the cheddar jalapeño sausage as my meats, and baked macaroni with cheese and potato casserole. The brisket was like boiled meat, it was gross. The Kielbasa and Cheddar Jalapeño sausage were the same sausage, a cheap supermarket link sausage cut into coins. For the cheddar and jalapeño they just added pickled jalapeño and shredded cheese onto all the sausage. It was then drenched in bbq sauce. Yuck. The potato casserole was just mashed potatoes with scallions on top. The macaroni and cheese was sour. The best part of the meal was the Coca Cola. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m so pissed I paid more than $20 for this slop. It’s cafeteria food at best.

**Warning** This is a ghost kitchen operating from the Country Squire Diner which is quite depressing. The diner itself is known for absolutely terrible food, poor service, and bad prices so this is really an effort to hide their name. Please do yourself a huge favor and run run away.

We were provided with lunch today at our health facility from Dickey’s BBQ, and I must say they did a fantastic job. The establishment our lunch was going to come from cancelled at 10am, Dickey’s was contacted, and they were able to make enough food for 50 people and deliver by 11:30. Not only was the service fantastic, but everything from the pulled pork and buttered toast to loaded mashed potatoes and slaw tasted great. Thank you for a great experience!! You wowed us just as much as the individual who ordered. 🙂

This is the second time the country squire restaurant has tried to be a ghost restaurant. The other time it was taking orders as a hot fried chicken sandwich type place called cayenne. The country squire didn’t have good food, so the ghost kitchens don’t have good food. They forgot part of my order and the food tasted really bad and not worth the money. The best part about this restaurant is the parking because the lot is always empty.

Frozen Costco food reheated in the microwave. This food was so bad I called Dickey’s to report someone illegally using their name. Unfortunately this is a real authorized location. I’ve never seen a BBQ restaurant without a BBQ, but that’s where we are now I guess.

THIS PLACE DOESN’T EXIST…IT’S A TOTAL SCAM!!! It is the Country Squire Diner; not Dickey’s BBQ. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because zero isn’t an option.
I have calls into the Delco Times and the BB Bureau. I also just spoke to a representative from Dickey’s national office as well as a customer rep from DoorDash. All agree that this is a scam. Call the 610 number listed for Dickey’s Broomall. It is literally a dude’s cell phone. There’s also an ASAP Burger using the same number and address (again…the Country Squire’s)

Total disgrace all around!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered catering from this restaurant who charges a $20 delivery fee. Was informed at 4:55 am the day of event (6 hrs before scheduled delivery) and was told I MUST provide a tip for delivery. After contacting mediating vendor and conceding to provide tip, the caterer suggested “the tip wasn’t big enough” and still wouldn’t deliver. Absolutely appalling business practice and I would NEVER do business with them again.
