Placed an online pickup order, asked for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce on the pizza, it tasted like I was eating crackers with cheese on it. They also messed up on how our pizza was suppose to be cut, and when mentioning it to the employee that if I could get just a sauce or two for the mess up instead they rudely said, “we gotta charge you for that”. They cannot follow simple instructions. Would rather drive to Jeff City to get pizza from Papa John’s because they are extremely friendly there, and when they mess up they will remake your order even if it’s as simple as cutting your pizza wrong.

Love this location. Staff is always friendly, order is always ready on time and with the exception of my pizza being cut the wrong way ONE time, the orders are always done right. This is the only Dominoes we will use.

Phoned in an order on 10/17/25 to our local store in Holts Summit. It was delivered hot however, there weren’t hardly any toppings on the pizza. We ordered large, thin crust, ham, hamburger, mushrooms and onion. If I were working in the store I would have been ashamed to have sent it out. It was so disappointing. Times are hard for everybody right now and cost just keeps rising. However, if you want customers to return you need to put the pizza with toppings and pricing would reflect it. It will be a long while before I go back unless someone tries to make it right. I try to always patron our local stores. I’m sorry! Thank you, Bev Kurtz

Check your order as sometimes they barely put sauce on the pizza. Don’t order chicken Caesar salad after like 8pm they are constantly out of them or the dressing. Food is good always hot staff is friendly and if order is wrong they will make good on it. Overall good place

This new dominos location has been very much needed here in holts summit! The food is excellent! They have great cheap prices that you can’t beat, and delicious food. (The spinach and feta is my go to) the staff has been very friendly to order with, they are patient and accommodating. Very excited you guys are here in holts summit!

Had carry out this evening. My new favorite pizza place. Glad Holts summit has a dominos pizza. I will say it was cheaper than the other two pizza restaurants in town. I order a large meatzza. Definitely will be ordering more from Dominoes.
