Stopped by Off the Rails in Vermont and had a great experience overall. The food was really good and everything came out hot and fresh. Service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and on top of things the whole time.
We did have a small issue with the nachos, but as soon as we mentioned it to our waitress, she handled it immediately and had them replaced ASAP with no hassle at all. That kind of service goes a long way.
Great atmosphere, great food, and even better customer service. We’ll definitely be back

AWESOME FOOD!!!! Best onion rings I’ve ever had!! Chicken tenders and fries were so fresh and hot. Our server was kind and quick, fantastic food and service.

Placed an online to go order on a Saturday night, arrived a few minutes after it was supposed to be done with and order was not done for another 10 minutes. Onion rings were good but ranch was not included as described. Pizza was very over priced for the size. We are from MN, and would not describe this as a “Meat Lovers” pizza, maybe that’s just how it’s done here. Food was slightly warmer than room temp as well.

We did take out and the pizza was great. The food was ready at the time they said. Also, it looks like a great time inside, a bit loud, but that makes it perfect for families after a great day of skiing. You can and should call ahead to put your name on the list of you’re dinning in.

Had dinner here and stayed after for a few rounds of drinks after with a group of friends. Bar was lively and the band was awesome. The pizza was delicious and everyone had a great meal. Service was quick and they were super friendly. Would recommend stopped here after skiing – definitely hit the spot. Looking forward to going back again soon!

When in Ludlow / at Okemo, Off the Rails is a *must* for me and my kids! The food is delicious – pizzas, burgers, salads, sweet potato fries…we’ve tried/had them all.
They have both indoor and outdoor seating, in a comfortable, relaxing environment. Inside, there are table and bar seating areas. They also have a pool table and a hidden arcade room – easily my kids’ favorite part.
They get pretty busy during snow season, but we had the arcade to ourselves Labor Day weekend!

Great service, prompt, friendly, helpful and relaxed.
The food was mid to meh. 6 wings for $20 was insane. The pizza wasn’t bad.
I ordered the Mac and cheese, disappointed.
Good beer selections.
I wouldn’t go here for the food necessarily but the beer, service and close proximity to Okemo can’t be beat.

The ambiance and view were very nice. The golf challenge in front is a great idea and fun too.
The service was on the slow side but it wasn’t bad enough to take away from the pretty scenery.
The food however was not great. If we weren’t hungry and on our way out of town we would have probably not eaten it.
The boneless buffalo wings were alright with just the right amount of spice, but it was cubed fried breast meat which was dry and served without a knife to make them into bite sizes.
The burger, in their defense says it’s a “well done” but juicy smash burger. It was well done alright and the juice was nowhere to be found. It was smothered in sweet baby rays, maybe that was supposed to make it moist. The onion ring was the best part. The homemade chips are nothing more than the bland tricolor tortilla chips that come right off the food distributor truck.
The pizzas smelled good, I’d recommend sticking with those.

Fun, loud, good food. Pizza and bar. Does have vegetarian and gluten free options. Service was super friendly and prompt. No reservations needed on a Monday. The bar was very lively, lots of tvs, so many for sports. Tables could accommodate larger groups. Fun atmosphere and food was delicious. Brussel sprouts delicious but lots of oil, Pizza was good.

Superb gluten free pizza! We went last year to the restaurant and this year we brought the pizza back to our rental. So delicious! One pizza perfect for 3 with our own salad.
