First visit and it absolutely delivered.
I ordered the Mixed Al-Sham entrée and it was spectacular—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and generous portions. My wife ordered the chicken kabob entrée and loved it just as much. Everything tasted fresh and was put together with love.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially helpful with recommendations since it was our first time there. That level of service really stood out.
The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, spotless, and very well maintained. Overall, an excellent experience from food to service to atmosphere.
We really, really liked this place and will definitely be back.

Excellent halal Middle Eastern food in Chalfont!
Al-Sham Restaurant on County Line Rd is a hidden gem. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The shawarma is perfectly seasoned, the kebabs are tender, and the falafel is crisp on the outside and soft inside. Their hummus and garlic sauce are outstanding.
Service is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Whether dining in or taking out, the quality is consistently great. Prices are reasonable for the portion size, and everything is clearly halal.
Highly recommend this place if you’re in Chalfont or nearby — definitely one of the best Middle Eastern spots in the area. Will keep coming back!

My favorite restaurant! I am big fan of their delicious lamb chops. Their Kabab, fast food everything is top notch. Excellent quality, quantity and recepies. Their garlic flavor white sauce, hamas and special super spicy (if anyone want, they serve separately) red souce. The best Halal restaurant chain in these area. I wish their success of this great initiative. I tried their Philly, willow grove and chalfont branches (3/9) – all same menu, same quality. I did dine-in only in Willow Grove and Chalfont. Chalfont branch has even better spacious place. Never miss their lamb chops. It’s slightly expensive than other entries, but 110% worthy.

This is a tough review to write as I’ve heard many great things about this new place, so I expected a little better. The restaurant itself has a very comforting modern feel, and the staff is very friendly. When I looked at the menu I saw the mixed shawarma sandwich and asked for “mixed shawarma” not realizing there was an entree version as well. Although very polite, the man taking my order didn’t ask if I wanted the entree or just the sandwich, and I was automatically given the entree which was $10 more. The flavors were spot on, but I’m not sure why the entree cost $10 more than the sandwich which is just a deconstructed version I have to make myself. Second order was the mixed beef and chicken kabob. Again the flavors were good, but the beef chunks were so large (2-3” chunks) and very tough they couldn’t be chewed, even after tearing the meat down into manageable pieces. Lastly we ordered the mixed taste. Baba ganoush and humus were up to par with other local places, grape leaves were falling apart, and the falafel was slightly dry, but good flavor.

I had an amazing experience at this Mediterranean halal restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted authentic and was clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for both families and friends. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The owner is a wonderful person — very friendly, generous, and truly passionate about his restaurant and customers.
If you’re looking for a place that combines great halal food, excellent service, and a cozy vibe, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!

Food was absolutely phenomenal! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Floors and tables were kept very clean.
I’ve seen few reviews mention some negative experiences, but if they would use some logic, a negative experience can be avoided:
1. If you are bringing a large party of 7 people, order ahead via doordash or website. Wait times are quick for small parties.
2. There is a slight service fee. I pay no mind to this as the NY Combo i purchased was already cheap to begin with ($9.99). Large volume and very filling as well.
3. It is not a sit-down restaurant, it is a dine-in or takeout. Order at the register, pay at the register.

Food was freshly prepared and very delicious! We also enjoyed the atmposphere and good music. Mangement was hospitable and made great recommendations as it was our first time at this restaurant. We will return.

My family and I went to this location and placed an order for seven people. It took over an hour for all of us to receive our food. During that time, we were given the wrong order twice. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, but after a couple of bites, it seemed like I had received a plain shawarma wrap instead. When I told the employee that it didn’t seem like a Buffalo wrap, they checked and said that whoever made the wrap had added the sauce, but they still gave me a new order. I ate a few bites and took the rest home. When I reheated it later, I noticed that the wrap was completely drenched in Buffalo sauce to the point that it was inedible. I find it very insulting that an establishment would behave this way.

Al-Sham is an amazing addition to the area and one of our favorite take-out spots. The chicken maroosh is our favorite because of the garlic white sauce! Everything in the Mixed Taste appetizer is outstanding. We are also impressed with their chicken shawerma salad and house dressing. The restaurant itself is clean and beautiful inside, so we can’t wait to dine-in soon.
