Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

My friend & I wanted to eat something relatively healthy. She suggested this restaurant. I’ve always seen the Flame Broiler but this was my first time visiting & it won’t be my last!
Food: plenty of healthy options. I ordered a regular bowl with half angus beef and half chicken and veggies and brown rice. The beef was really dry but the chicken was DELICIOUS.
They also have a variety of sauces to choose from. The jalapeño sauce was AMAZING.
Vibe: this is a fast casual restaurant. Not the most comfortable place to sit for a long period of time but there were tables and chairs available that were clean.

I enjoy the food but the service today was bad. I went in and told the guy that I wanted a bowl with rice & vegetables & me not knowing better. He charged me for a plate. He only listened to me when I said I wanted waba sauce & he corrected me saying it’s called magic sauce lol priorities

Traveling to Southern California and did a web search for a healthy place to eat in the area. We have found a fantastic place with better than excellent food. We had 2 very large dinner plates for under $20. We would highly recommend this place even if you’re not looking for healthy.

Always on point. Delicious and healthy food options. The sauces are all amazing. I prefer the chicken over the steak as it is more tender. Also give the brown rice a try and always get the veggies!

This is the spot! STOP going to waba grill and GO HERE! BETTER! My first time ever going here I always order my food (very well done) and everyone usually gets it wrong (Not these Guy’s) & their avocado was very (green & delicious) Not like waba grill black. Thanks for paying attention to details and exsecuting them as well. Steve and cook today 04-04-25 around 3ish.

Not much of an atmosphere, small, clean “restaurant” in Victorville. Gives you more of a “to go orders” vibe. Aidan took my order, very personable, went over the menu and various options in depth after I told him it was my first time. Food was good, pretty pricey. I used a BOGO coupon, but plates are about $16 on the average. Includes chicken or beef, white rice, veggies and salad. The sauces are great and they sell them in the bottle as well as offer self-serve options to your desire.
Also tried the new chicken wings promo. Again, flavor of the sauce was good but wouldn’t necessarily go here for wings.
Might try again, but would only order the plate with chicken.

normally this place is awesome, but tonight the worker seemed to maybe not want to be there. First time ever my order was not right. I’ve never gotten a bowl without the veggies. My family was sad when they opened the bag. I think he was trying to take a break and had no one to cover for him.

I go once a week after work and flame broiler always taste delicious to me. It was clean and organized. I enjoyed my meal in a good environment. An employee named Kenji was very helpful with my order as well as other employees when I order. I highly recommend this place.
