I can definitely see why they’re rating on a brand. New store is 3.7 talk to the manager tonight after getting all the way home and finding that we were shorten our order the young man that took the order asked would you like a receipt? didn’t think I would really need a receipt so the answer was no then I call the manager to inform her that the order was short and all I got was do you have a receipt multiple times if it’s so important to have a receipt when they show your order then it shouldn’t be an option but to receive a receipt poor management skills poor customer service will not be back.

Extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience.
Today I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.
I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited to place my order, but I was completely ignored. While I was waiting, three cars were served at the other ordering speaker with no issues, while no one acknowledged me at all.
After waiting long enough, I drove to the window to let them know that no one had taken my order. Instead of apologizing or fixing the situation, I was told to wait again. To make things worse, three more cars were allowed to go ahead of me after that.
This goes beyond a simple mistake — it shows a total lack of respect for the customer. Being ignored, then pushed aside after speaking up, is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. A customer’s time should matter, especially at a place built around speed and efficiency.
I left feeling angry, disrespected, and completely overlooked. This kind of service is not what anyone expects from a company of this size.

This might seem silly but I love it when any food service matches energy and firmly believe they need a highlight to make them smile. To Nathaniel and the other employees working tonight, you guys are an amazing crew! I don’t want to say too much because people are stupid and adults get mad over silly things (p.s. I am an adult) but don’t lose that positive energy and spark. That’s what phenomenal food service is about!

Come to this mcdonalds every blue moon, they have always been amazing!! Except for today… my nuggets had something hard in every single one of them. Almost like a hard flake of somekind.. they also tasted extremely strange, not the usual nuggets. Almost as if something was added, texture was also off. Change in the menu?

EDIT: spoke to a manager (Emily) she was absolutely adorable and very sweet. She couldnt refund my order but i do get a free meal next time i come in:) Thank you Emily!

Best McDonalds in all of Central Florida! Best service. Employees are very nice and they pay attention to costumers. Most McDonalds ignore walk-in costumers these days.

They always park you when going thru the drive-thru and then make you wait 15-20 minutes for food just to make it seem like they’re serving their drive-thru faster when in reality, they’re not.

I had a problem with the mobile order app so I had to go in the store after the app crashed with my pending order. They could not locate my order but I had an email with a paid receipt. The store manager, Emily, went above and beyond to help me and made everything perfect. She manually entered the order and made sure that everything was perfect for me. I experienced customer service today that I honestly have not seen in a long time so, thank you to the entire team at the Hancock McDonald’s as everyone was so nice. I am very grateful to see superior customer service in action once again.

Drive thru service is terrible. They ask you to move to 2nd window to wait and they forget about you. Manager Remy is rude and unapologetic. Plenty other options close by and will no longer eat at this location
