Picked up an online order, get there and said my order was ready but was only 1 sandwich when i ordered 3 and the receipt taped to bag clearly has 3 listed. The wait for other 2 sandwiches. Shoved all 3 sandwiches in bag meant for 1 maybe 2. Bag rips and shoves that bag in a bigger bag. Get home to find sandwiches a complete disaster. Meatballs on top of bead. Cut so one side is only an inch and a half. Came back to ask how a person should attempt eat this mess and inly given excuses and passing blame. Now waiting on meatballs. Do better.

Ordered online and of course got the wrong food made wrong and all I was told was talk to doordash…..kinda sad the food stinks and looks like we got old food…..couldn’t even tell what the meat was or anything else on it. They only seem to get the order right when your watching them make it

At 4 pm almost a dinner rush time… They have No bread! Not to mention I’m a daily customer to Subway (not this one) you walk in 1 person takes order, a second person makes order and third person is cashier. I went back to said Subway in Hinckley 1 hour later and still No bread, only white and it had 10 minutes to cool before they could use. I left and went to Pine City Subway..
They have this line of 3 workers on a Sunday 1 customer before me and they couldn’t have someone making Bread for dinner rush? Totally disappointing, very disorganized, in the city St. Paul we walk into a Subway 1 person working and we get our sandwiches in a very timely manner. Hinckley Subway y’all need to be retrained how to work at this Subway. Very disappointing and the owner needs to know! Not my first time with bad experience there just first time expressing my experience today June 22, 2025.

I ordered through Uber eats and picked up my order and I checked the sandwiches because of the reviews on this place and it’s true the employees put little meat when I ordered double meat for the Philly. I had to go back in to order another Philly bc I was not happy with the frist one and this turned out pretty good.
