I want to leave an AMAZING review for the employee KB! Tonight the weather wasn’t the best and a lot of places were closed but my kids wanted pizza for supper, I placed my order 30mins before they closed and my husband went to get the food. KB was the only worker there & im so thankful for him he waited to leave for my husband to pick up our pizza! The roads weren’t that good so it took him a little longer to arrive & im so appreciative that he had an amazing helpful, caring attitude! He called me to check on us and all! Not often you find employees that truly care about their job and KB was just great & I truly am thankful for his kindness!

Abdul was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. He made sure my order was 100% correct, answered questions with patience, and kept everything moving quickly and smoothly. On top of that, he made the best Shaq-a-Roni I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, loaded with toppings, and absolutely delicious. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his work. Employees like Abdul are what keep customers coming back. Papa John’s is lucky to have him!

ACame to this location to try one of their $5 pizzas that’s on sale and boy was that a mistake. Called ordered worker said about 15 min we got their in about 12. Got the pizza tasted it and it was warm almost cold not hottt at all. Called back talked to a guy that was giving me a hard time about a remake then told me to just bring the pizza back with a attitude which seems to be cross contaimination considering fact that I have a cold and been coughing near the pizza. He took it back and was whining because 1 piece was missing how else was I suppose to know it tasted coldddd. Worst service food ever. I see why now they have lil to nooo business!!!! New staff please

KB was absolutely amazing , not only was he there by himself but he provided exemplary service. He was knowledgeable and introduced me to the new sauces my favorite by far was the Parmesan garlic & my food was fresh . He was kind & professional I will be back hopefully during his shift !

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this establishment, the gentleman who I’m assuming was the manager or shift leader was very helpful, I had an issue with a particular coupon, but he was so very accommodating in helping to get the situation taken care of, and the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! I really wish I had gotten his name since he was so friendly and helpful, but I would return there just because of the great service I received! $1.00 wings on weekends. Only sold as 8, 16 or 24.

We want to go to Papa John and let KB The King of pizza so he can make our pizza. They were super hype for KB The King to make their pizza so I order me one.
My pizza was just how the pizza look on the commercial so I asked him “Are you from up North”.
He knows how to roll that dough and make a delicious no lump , pepperoni pizza so good that you can even eat ALL the crust
Let me not forget the wings… We was undecided on what type of wings to get… So KB The King was telling me all my options so we went with Buffalo wings, so he asked me how do I want them ❤️ hot mild + etc. I was taking so long to decide KB The King had so much patience then he says “I got you” OMG
When we taste those wings….. My❤️ God, My ❤️ God…. ONCE AGAIN KB THE King DID HIS THING. So now my ❤️ family wants The KB Buffalo Wings…..
So to KB The King, It’s a pleasure to meet you continue being an asset to the company bc you are a wonderful manager with great customers service and interpersonal skills that I hope ❤️ to land you a higher position in the company.

Went to the one in Tarboro yesterday and we had a woman wait on us she said that they really don’t use the drive-through but she allowed us to order from the drive-through. I did not get her name, but she was so pleasant respectful and kind I will definitely go back pizza was hot and fresh

Ordered boneless wings online for carryout. App said order was ready for pickup. Only have 30 minutes for lunch. Spent half that waiting because the girl got there late and said she was waiting for the oven to warm up. Food was mediocre and it was hot in the store while waiting.
