Finally placed our first order using the app. We ordered the giant gargantuan. My boyfriend has been fed up with other sandwich shops hardly putting any meat on their sandwiches, but this sandwich was PACKED! Our order wasn’t ready when we arrived, which was totally fine, the guy was working alone and looked like he had several online orders. He told us ours would be right up and it was ready very quickly after that. He was pleasant to deal with and made our sandwich well! We’ll definitely come back soon.

I’m a loyal JJ guys, have been to many over the great state of Washington but ordering online (using the app) from this location is terrible, the mobile updates are inconsistent and they have never notified me that food is delivered. After receiving the wrong drink and a sloppy sandwich today I had to leave a review. Whoever is working here does not care about the mission of Sir John, and has not embraced their ethos into their life.

We had 2 cold sandwiches, $50 with horrible service, no thank you. Ordered delivery today, was told my food would arrive in 20 minutes. 1 mile down the road. My food took over 1 hour 40 minutes to show up and then I had to direct the delivery driver to the address. In a day and age with GPS, this shouldn’t be an issue. And the business is in your surrounding neighborhood! Repeatedly called the store and when we got through, the lady kept telling us that our food was on its way. In that much time, we could have walked there and back.

All the ingredients were hidden behind a barrier so it was hard to choose what to ask for.

They have great bread and fresh veggies. They really are fast! I love that I can order ahead of time and just walk in and pick it up! I like their kicker ranch but it’s not spicy (which I like), I wish there was an option to put it directly on the sandwich as opposed to ordering a side of it.

Disappointed with this location. I work 5 minutes away. If you get green lights, less. It took 45 minutes for a 20$ sandwich? At least they got my order correct this time. Previous order was an Italian, and a turkey avavado… Got an Italian and a tuna… Not going to be ordering from here anymore.

Veggie sandwich was tasty; however, it was nothing like my order. I was there yesterday 11-8-21. I ordered veggie:scoop the bread, cut in half, extra veggies. Sounded like the last 1,000 times I said it. The young woman repeated my order and handed it to some tall guy who made the sandwich. Gee, he heard the order then read it and still he gave me No scoop the bread, No cut in half, and No extra veggies. Love the Veggie Sandwich so will try other locations for awhile. Maybe this guy will find his true work passion and follow his dream…its not customer service.
