On a cross county move and stopped here while in Georgia and my drink tasted great and the food too! They even gave me a free sticker which made my day. The drive thru was friendly and quick and food was made just like I like it! I always customize my drink and there were no issues at this location. They mixed my coffee too which some locations don’t. Thank you for my little GA souvenir sticker

I was so excited when this location opened! We don’t have near enough Dunkin’s in middle GA. I’ve visited over 10 times at this point and their food is always wonderful. My biggest complaint is their coffee. I get decaf iced coffee with mocha and the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been there has been a very strange taste, almost like a chemical cleaner taste! I’ve brought it up to the drive thru staff and they said they haven’t had any other complaints but I’ve visited several other locations since and none of them have this strange taste. I’m not sure if it’s just their decaf coffee or the mocha flavoring or what, but unfortunately I don’t plan to go back because of the constant disappointment and concern with the flavoring.
I hope they can figure out what is causing it because I would love to enjoy this location, but don’t want to waste anymore of my money on bad tasting coffee

Flat out refused to put cream in my iced latte. I have never been to a place that serves lattes and refuses to add cream upon customers requests. And lets not even talk about how long the drive thru takes, you may as well put your car in park and find some good music and take a nap because you will be there for a while. Going inside is just as bad. Slowest Dunkin ever. I won’t be coming here anymore.

Until today, April 2, 2025, I went to this Dunkin’s drive thru for coffee everyday. On Monday, March 31st, I ordered my usual, which wasn’t made correctly. I took it back to get it remade. Employee could not take the original order back due to cross contamination, which I understand. I was told to pull down to get my coffee remade I waited for 15 minutes at the second window , & I sat the original 2 frozen coffees on the window sill, since I was getting the 2 remade and had nowhere to sit 4 large coffees in my car. The employee told me that the health inspector was there & they were going to get points taken off for the coffee that I sat on the window sill. I said I have nowhere to put 4 coffees in my car. What am I supposed to do? Also, there aren’t any outside trash cans. I went back to this Dunkin’s today , and was asked at the speaker if I wanted my usual & I said yes. I pull around and the employee said that they weren’t going to be working there after this week. Then proceeded to ask me if I left coffee on the window sill the other day when the health inspector was there because they had points taken off, however, the health inspection report is at the drive thru window , dated March 31, 2025, with a score of 100. I told the employee, yes I sure did sit them on the window sill at the 2nd window because I have nowhere to sit 4 cups of coffee and if my coffee was made right in the first place, I wouldn’t have needed a place to sit the extra coffee. Employee then said, well I’ve heard you’re going to be banned from here but I don’t know when the ban is going to take place but I think it’s maybe next week? I said that’s fine. I don’t have to get coffee here. It’s very seldom made correctly anyway. Employee said I can make it today for you, I don’t mind, at which I replied, no thank you. No worries on me coming back here. I’ve put up with bad service from this location for too long, not to mention the attitudes of the employees there. I would not recommend anyone to use this Dunkin’s location ever!!!!

This is the happiest, nicest Dunkin Ive been to in forever; in the last 6 weeks alone we’ve been at a DD daily across 10 states. Felt like we were in a commercial where everyone is smiling and locked in. Bravo to the young ladies behind the counter, and to the owner for doing outstanding jobs.
