I want to be specific about the person who influenced the two star review. The gentleman at the window taking my order gets a five star for customer service. The cook gets a two star. (I went through drive-through at 1:08 PM on Tuesday, Feb 10th) I simply asked if they would cut the chicken a little extra for my toddler Who I ordered a quesadilla for. The cook refused. They weren’t busy as I came after the lunch rush, and working in the restaurant industry myself, I know this is possible as the cooks have knives. Love the food, but won’t be dining here because my two-year-old can’t Eat the big chicken they put in the quesadillas. A simple service would’ve gone along way!

Very large portions of exceptional food. Ordered way more than we needed thinking it’d be less food. We got the shredded beef chimichangas, shredded chicken enchiladas both in a combo meal with a side of rice and refried beans, and large horchatas. Also ordered a steak Northwest burrito and a steak Cali burrito. More than three people needed.

The person who took our order was probably the worst customer service representative I have ever came across anywhere. No eye contact, attitude and when she told us our total she just walked away. So I am standing there with my money out and no one to give it to. It took me literally 5 seconds to pull my money out of my shirt pocket. So after waiting I put the money away and figured when someone comes back to help us we can pay the bill. I would of left prior to ordering but my wife has her heart set on a specific item. If this employee is here the next time I walk in, I will just leave. When you go to the company website and click on contact us, it fails. Hummmm, makes you wonder huh? Everything else was on point!

I received very good service, and the burrito was excellent. However I think $12.50 for a burrito… even though it had everything in it is… is too much. I will likely continue to go there because the flavors were good and their hot sauce is actually hot! But I will not be able to go there often because it is a pricey burrito. I do intend on checking it against the other popular locations in town and see what it is compared to them. My husband seems to think it was significantly more. Anyways overall it is good the food is good I just think for the burrito for the burrito it is $12.50 is too much.

I had the Shredded Chicken Salad and it was delicious. I would go back for food but not the environment. It looks and feels like an old Jack-in-the-Box and it’s uncomfortable.

First time going today. Breakfast burrito was super good and absolutely loved the Vic’s burrito bowl. The carne asada is amazing. Definitely fresh and good quality. We will return back to try other items.

Somehow they got my review taken down. I will keep putting it back up. I stopped going here because the price on the menu board was not what you were being charged. They scammed you by saying there was another charge for eggs. Pretty sure that is illegal

The price for the food is fine. The food is okay. But please stop asking for tips at drive-thrus. We don’t even get to try our food before being asking for a tip. I avoid this place for that reason. It’s getting ridiculous.

I had a Mad Craving for some (Bavarian Tacos with Consomme, and Victoricos Hit The Spot. It was very filling for 3 Taco’s in 1 Meal,and Everything was Nice and Hot Decently Priced for 2 Meals $28.00 Without Drinks We had our Own at Home. It was My Frist Time having anything from Victorico’s everything was nicely seasoned and the Shell was Crispy, but not overly so

Ordered a 13$ chicken Tamela plate and the chicken was made of little cubes that did not look like or taste like chicken. I then called them to ask what I had received and she told me that they buy frozen tamales and just reheat them and since I got what I ordered that there was nothing I could do. To me this is bad. If they had told me at the drive thru that it’s a cheap chicken like tamale that they purchase and reheat I would have not ordered it. You have a certain amount of responsibility not to lie to your customers on what they are really getting. I’m not even sure it was really chicken…no flavor and rubber texture. I will not be back and neither will my friends.
