Congrats to the Chipotle in the Heights for setting a new low for customer service. My cousin went in to grab food for my pregnant wife while I was stuck at work, and apparently showing up 20 minutes before closing is considered a criminal offense here.

She was served a literal tablespoon of rice… not an exaggeration! By some 15 yr old blonde-haired teenage girl who then decided arguing was a better use of her time than, I don’t know, making more rice. Heaven forbid a restaurant actually serve food during business hours.

No empathy. No professionalism. No basic human decency. Just attitude, laziness, and a complete lack of accountability. If this is how this location treats people who are polite and just trying to get dinner, I can’t imagine how they handle real issues.

If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for daring to order food at a restaurant, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and don’t come here — EVER. We absolutely won’t be back!

Huge shout out to the management team here at the Main St location. The GM Richard was an absolutely extraordinary superb-friendly and amazingly hard worker. He helped a homeless couple get a little bit of food for 2 of their children, and never looked down on them. His ability to coach his fellow employees was outstanding, during 5 oclock rush. He treated everyone of his customers with respect and kindness. I will never be going to another Chipotle location again that Richard is not working at. This is home.

Left without any attention, while standing in front of the completely empty counter, for 5 minutes. Twice. Everything (5 different times if curious) cold. No fajita veggies. Asked for some and was told that’s it. Double charged for meat three times. A week ago they were pretty much out of every protein other than barbacoa.

Order online (not on the app) and you’ll save 2 bucks.

All the employees were hiding in the back office until one drew the short straw to help me get taken care of. The young gal that came out just rushed through the service with no mind to the work and I had a pretty poorly made dish served to me. She also had a seriously bad demeanor, like I was wrong to have come in an interrupted whatever petty convo she was having. I was not expecting much an was still unsatusfied.

The management is obviously not running a good shop that creates a good experience. Just having to deal with poor behavior and overpriced fake mexican food is a bit much.

Ordered a carne asada bowl and was told it was a small charge for extra meat. I also got the new sauce and guacamole. The order came to $24!!! $7.00 is NOT A SMALL UPCHARGE! I was starving so i paid without complaint. Ate a much as i could stand then threw over half away because it was so drenched with lime that it completely smothered the flavor. I’ll never go to the heights location again. They don’t seem to care much at all.

The service was slow, hardly any meat on the burrito and were stingy with everything else, tables, floor, beverage dispenser, counter, dirty, and trash was overflowing. Not to mention the throw up on the sidewalk and my chips were stale. Ask for the full scoop when getting your protein, she literally put back half of it when I asked for half and half.

Would not recommend eating at this establishment.

Huge shout out to the Chipotle team! Our organization had a last minute change and needed a good sized order placed for our staff and quickly. I went in person and spoke with the manager, Billy. He was kind, had a can do attitude, and sat down with me to make sure the order was to my satisfaction.
After I left, he called to ask me about a few changes he’d made to save us some money.
When I picked up the order the next day, the employees there were so friendly and prepared such a great lunch for our staff. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the hard work, excellent customer service, and the delicious meals that were provided. Our staff enjoyed the food and thanked me many times, unnecessarily for the delicious food. I just ordered the food and delivered it. The Chipotle team did all the work. It was a Huge success all around. I’m very impressed by their work ethic, the positive attitudes, and class that they displayed. It feels like a rare sight in today’s world. Thank you all sooo much! You’re rockstars!
Will be ordering for our team again abd in a more timely manner next time
