Steak Nugget Bowl: A Zesty New Contender from Arby’s
Is Arby’s new Steak Nugget Bowl worth the hype?
The bowl features Arby’s signature new steak bites nestled atop a generous serving of white cheddar mac n cheese, all crowned with crispy fried onions. At $12.99, it may not be the best value, but it certainly isn’t a bad indulgence. As a loyal Arby’s enthusiast, I must confess that I’m not the biggest fan of their mac n cheese, which honestly detracted a bit from the overall experience for me.
In my personal opinion, this dish would be elevated significantly if the steak bites were served on a base of creamy mashed potatoes instead; that would feel more traditional and undoubtedly delicious.
I initially rate the bowl a 7/10. However, a drizzle of buffalo sauce completely transformed the flavor profile, making the entire dish delicious! With the sauce, it’s a definite 9/10!
This particular Arby’s is located in a food court, so there’s nothing special to report about the atmosphere (⭐️⭐️⭐️). The service, however, was excellent as usual—great patience and a consistently accurate order (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).

This location is horrible, I will never go here again. They confirmed my order and when I went up they told me “no shakes” and stared at me blankly. Then they told me to cancel the order and I told them I couldn’t since they already confirmed the order and marked it as ready. They again just stared and I asked for something else and they just stared. Finally they said soda or lemonade. They had horrible communication skills and customer service. Will be going to the wolf road location in the future

I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich. The sandwich was very grease, but it was delicious. Nothing like the picture, but it is a good combination of flavors. The establishment seems clean and organized, however, it would be nice to see the staff at least a short smile, they all looked tired or annoyed but something.
Overall, I would buy another sandwich some other time, they are tasteful, delicious, and greasy.

I am an avid lover of Arby’s food as I grew up with it in the south the one issue I have with this exact location is you can’t seem to get deals like two for six on a sandwich or free fries with a purchase of $10 or more like you can with the location literally down the road about 5 minutes away on wolf rd. why doesn’t the one in the mall offer any deals whatsoever hopefully management sees this and can answer that for me

It was kind of busy and one customer was having a bit of a problem with her card. The cashier was great in helping her. No one seemed impatient and sympathized with her. Once that problem was solved everything moved right along. I had taken out so I can’t really say about the dining area. It was clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying their lunch.
I realize that it’s not located in the best area because of the parking situation. You’re lucky to get a spot. A couple of customers had to park along the curb.
I was at the hospital to bring my husband a roast beef sandwich and the nurse surprised me saying that she didn’t know that there were any Arby’s around. We need one up where I live. I miss it.

Wouldn’t even give me a darn refill! What would that have cost them? 3 cents? Also, they have resized everything via shrinkflation: Kids is now small, small is now medium, and medium is now large. Same size prices as before, though, so you pay more for much less.
Don’t worry, I made sure they wasted a bunch of costs elsewhere to make up for it.

This Arby’s is in the Colonie Center. There is a nice foodcourt on the second floor, that usually has plenty of seating by the movie theater.
Well staffed. I was in and out quickly.
The food was good, not the best Arby’s I’ve ever had, but definitely on the right side of average (above average).
