I came here with my family, it wasn’t busy when we arrived but we also came on holiday too.
The atmosphere in the cafe was really relaxing and it offers a lot of seating inside. It will as fairly open, kinda narrow but it’s not too crowded where you’d get claustrophobic. They also offer a fairly large room attached to their cafe that you can rent out for events too.
They offer a lot of finger foods and drinks! Definitely stop by if you’re in the area! They are really sweet here and the food/drinks are amazing!

Love coming here for some Great drinks. The space is beautiful decorated. The ordering process is painless and you can always ask questions if you can’t decide. I built my own drink passion fruit strawberry tea with strawberry jelly. It was so good. Only issue I had was too much ice. Certainly a great place and would recommend.

They were amazing!!!! We went to their Spring Tea Party. From the food to the service to the TEA!! from top to bottom it was a wonderful and memorable experience! They went above and beyond expectations!! We will definitely be back for their next event!!!! Highly recommend the bluebird tea, it was the star of the show for us!!

I honestly want my money back.
I ordered a London Fog and was handed a plain Earl Grey tea instead. Before that, I stood around for almost five minutes because the barista wasn’t even in the shop. She didn’t come from the restroom or the back… she literally walked in from somewhere else, which was also weird.
The iced coffee came in a bubble tea cup with a straw. I don’t want to drink coffee through a straw. The whole thing felt confused and unprofessional.
And for ten dollars? That’s basically Starbucks prices for gas station quality.
Service? Bad.
Product? Wrong.
Experience? Not worth it.
I walked out annoyed, disappointed, and honestly shocked at how low-effort everything was. I won’t be coming back.

We got ours to go but, the place was super cute. Plenty of seats. We got a vanilla and a pistachio macron and a scone that had cranberry and orange. Daughter got a build your own boba- strawberry with oat milk and extra tapioca pearls. Boba- 10/10. Macrons-10/10. Scone- 9/10

Can’t say enough about this place! Super cute, friendly staff and DELICIOUS teas and goodies! The gluten free almond tea cake was heaven alongside my sweet lavender iced tea!
Highly recommend you visiting their little gift shop with assortment of tees that you can brew when you get home!

I will never buy tea from this shop again. My friends and I and our kids decided to sit in the common area of the Factory with the small kids tables next to the bakery, after patronizing the surrounding businesses for snacks and drinks, including this cafe. As 10 toddlers are, it was a bit loud, even with normal voices and footsteps, and the Factory echos due to the concrete floors. The owner of Nashville Tea Company approached us incredibly rudely and said “Can we not do this?” and vaguely gestured at our kids, speaking down to us as if we ourselves were children. Because we were made aware that our kids were disturbing others (though it was quite empty), we began to keep them quiet, completely off the stage, and away from the Tea Co. Then, she began to discreetly film us and our children from her cafe while we ate and talked. Finding this wildly inappropriate, we went to her to delete the footage and ask for more information about why she is so bothered by our children so we could address the issue. It is apparent that she has much frustration built up about kids being in the common space of the Factory. To us, it was more respectful to buy a tea and then sit outside of her shop instead of bringing all of our children inside. To her, that wasn’t enough, so unfortunately, her rudeness reflects poorly on her business. Columbia is a community made of many families with small children, and it was hugely disappointing to feel so unwelcome by a local business owner (in a public space next to her business).
