3 hours to closing never have chicken for family meals, when your trying to order and say give me a minute to look at menu they’ll keep asking “you ready” it gets annoying and even after all that they never get the orders right something is always missing. No matter who’s working window they are all very rude always with attitude..

I would rate this no stars if possible. I went to get chicken and jalapeño poppers and EVERYTHING was very dry tasted and looked like it was sitting there since this morning. They never want to make spicy chicken, and they are very rude. Even if they mess up the order, they will act offensive to you. I wanted to keep trying to see if they would do better, but this is too much, I will learn and never buy from there anymore. They charge too much to not give you good food.

Any time I visit Alice I stop by Church’s for a quick meal from drive-thru. Today, I had time for dine-in and the food was fresh, service was friendly, dining-area was clean. Cashier (male with tattoo over left eyebrow) helped me with ordering for my parents and he was extremely patient. I’ve been coming since I was a kid with my grandparents and they all still love their chicken from here!

Bought a family meal and even asked them are you shur everything in there. Long story short I had to drive back across town to get my 2 large sides after waiting in front of the counter for 15 minutes being ignored and all they had to say was here you go. What about my time my fuel and not to mention now I go home to a cold meal

The people they put on the drive thru really need to learn customer service and manners,so unfriendly and they dont even listen to the order and keep repeatedly asking what you ordered.Drove up to wondow not even a friendly hello or smile at least!Then they still manage to screw up your order after they asked you 2-3 times what you ordered.Its definately frowned upon each time I go which I try not to go often.

Ordered on the app because it said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I live 15 minutes away …. Took forever so my grandson went inside to see why it was taking so long . Service has gotten so much worse since the name change , I don’t know why , I used to love churches chicken but now I seldom go there because the service is so bad and the taste just isn’t the same as it used to be ! You would think that if you spend almost $50.00 for take out dinner , you would get it a timely way !!!

I love going to this location in Alice, Texas. The chicken is always fresh and the people are very friendly. The place is always very clean as well. Highly recommend for someone looking for fresh fast food.

Place is always dirty. Majority of the times they have dinning area closed due to being short staffed. The cook comes out with his plastic apron to throw the trash and leans the trash bags against his apron which he goes back in to the kitchen.
