I decided I wanted a sandwich tonight so I made a stop and this experience was just absolutely perfect! I went in and the person who helped me was named Nate he was very kind this whole experience. My sandwich was absolutely delicious I always ask for extra ranch and there Is never enough but boy he understood the assignment it was a perfect amount of ranch and everything else. I have never had such a great experience and sandwich it was just out of this world good. With how nice and understanding and his AMAZING sandwich artists skills he deserves a raise! Amazing food man keep up the good work, if you ever stop by and Nate is there just know its about be a great experience and food!

Order the chicken bacon sub but substitute grilled chicken instead of rotisserie chicken and since I changed the style of chicken and not toasted the worker refused to put the 4 slices of cheese on instead of the usual 2. Got past that Karen and everyone else was great. I wasn’t in the mood to argue.

Went in to get the deal of the day and soon as I walked in I saw Haley whispering something to the other lady in there. I get closer wasn’t greeted so I asked for the deal of they say and she rudely says “ we’re out of meat balls, can we get anything else for you. And at that point I was over the attitude so I just left. I enjoy this subway rather than the other one so I choose this one but it’s always some kind of attitude. If you don’t want to work late then don’t.

Hadn’t been here in a couple years since Jimmy John’s came to town and really provided a better product. Saw the advertisements on the Subway refresh so I thought I’d give it a try. Unfortunately, I again found it to be a very average sandwich for $8+. Back to JJ for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is a 2 young guys that work here that are beyond rude. Also every time I’ve ever come here no-one ever acknowledges your existence how hard is it to say hello we’ll be with you shortly??? I get that you got drive thru, front counter and doordash orders but you don’t let customer’s come in and stand there for 10 minutes without even saying hi!

I’ve tried to give this place 3 chances. And each time has been pitiful.
First time, I came in to work on homework and got a sub and drink. After 15 min they told me no loitering. I was still eating. They still asked me to leave. I was also the only one here.
Second time I ordered online. Obviously since they don’t like people inside. I went in at the time specified. I asked about the sandwich after 5 min and they said they’d put it on the rack when done. Well another 15 min goes by and they said they never got my order. Then I see it sitting behind the counter with the time it was finished. Which was on time but they didn’t bring it out or give it to me when I asked if it was done.
Third time, today. Me and my girlfriend wanted to use a coupon. We went inside and waited for 10 min for anyone to even talk to us. They saw us but were on their phones. I decided to wait to be passive aggressive.
