I love this Domino’s location. They always get my order right and they know me by name. It’s such a convenient location and the team does a great job, despite being incredibly busy. I’m glad they are close to my work so I can order ahead and pick it up after work.

I noticed at this location, inside Walmart store 1675, they don’t wear any gloves when preparing the food. I saw the cashier go directly from handling the cash register to preparing a pizza and wings without washing her hands or even putting gloves on. Another lady behind the counter, also preparing a pizza didn’t have gloves on either. This is a complete health hazard. I became disgusted and left without ordering any food from there. YUK!

Worst costumers service ever.
No greeting or any intention to service or talk to you.
I walk in and stood there for a few minutes and there were 2 employees in front of me and they look at me and kept talking as no one was there, so I walk out. Need better employees that really want to take care of the costumer.

We ordered pizza just 2 nights ago. Omg it was the worst. I don’t know if it was the driver or what but my pizza looked terrible and it didn’t not taste very good. There was cheese only on half I don’t know what happened to the other half I think it slided and joined the cheese on the other side and it was on the side of the box too. It was a cheese pizza with a piece of ham on it too. Picture shows everything!

Went in for the first time today just to grab something quick, and the service from the lady at the counter was phenomenal, extremely sweet, friendly, and polite, it felt like chatting with a family member, I wish that I caught her name so i could tell yall to give her a raise. People like that are the most important aspect of a business.

Bought one pineapple pizza, one pepperoni was given 2 pepperoni pizzas. We spoke to the manager (“Sasha”) who refused to assist because I explained I would not be able to return that night. This was after I suggested a credit for a pizza at a later date. She placed me on indefinite hold. I called back and asked for her. She hung up without answering. Called again, she refused to speak with me. Another supposed manager (“Brett”) came on the call. Sasha placed the call on hold while he was speaking with me. He stated that “Sasha” will not offer an option unless I take the pizza back. I explained that I have no issue bringing it back the next day, but was not thing back and forth tonight for 34 mins to correct their mistake tonight. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a pizza at 7:45pm. It was picked up by Uber Eats. I got a notification that my food was delivered but it never was. So I called dominoes. I spoke to a gentleman and he told me that his driver decided to go “southwest” first and that he didn’t know why. Fine. I waited another hour. Still no delivery. I called back and explained the situation and was hung up on.
Moral of the story is the food never came and when I finally reached management, they told me my order didn’t exist. I said then why did your other person tell me ths driver took a different direction for the past 2 hours?
Demanded a refund. Was hung up on. A gentleman with the aame voice that hung up on me then pretended to be a new person when I called from a different number.
Quack company being ran be kids. I’d be surprised if any of them are still employed in a year.
Never got our food or refunds.
Buyer beware.

Best dominos location in St. Lucie County HANDS DOWN!!! They make mistakes, but the customer service is always spectacular enough to look past those little things; we’re all human. but I honestly would not order dominos from no location other than this one!
