I was very skeptical at fist, because there was hardly anyone there, but WOWW, everything was delicious! I tried a birria, a barbacoa and a carne asada taco and they were all so yummy and full of flavor. My sister had the taco bowl and she was very pleased with her plate, and even had plenty to take home. We shared a small papa asada and it was the best papa I’ve had in a long time! The vibe is very chill as well and nicely decorated. Our server was very attentive and kept checking on us making sure we didn’t need anything. Looking forward to going back!

The food is really good but the salsa needs work! I think it would easily be 4 stars if the salsa had more flavor. The price of the tacos are pretty expensive which is another reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. The food came out so fast and the waitress was so nice! I would go again!

Taco Plebe never disappoints — the food was delicious and fresh, full of authentic flavor. Our waitress, Ashley Llanas, went above and beyond! She was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure everything was perfect and that we had a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service!

Tacos El Peble is a cool spot with great taco options and tasty beverages. I tried the taco sampler they were all very good. The charro beans in the cup are a nice touch.

Had the birria tacos here on Saturday.Very very good stuff, the taki papa and frijoles mamalones are really good! It was a little dead towards the night, but the food is amazing, I don’t see why that would be! But the bartender Justin took my order and kept me company while I waited for the order to come out. He’s a cool cat man, super nice and amazing service. He may have made me a regular. Great service compared to other places I’ve been. This taco spot easily blows the others’ out of the water. The staff was very friendly. Specifically another girl but I can’t remember her name. She had short hair and very happy personality, very informative (wish I could give a name). Every time I come, everyone wears smiles. Will always come back for those cravings. The food is just too good man. Really is hard to beat. I’ve lived in Weslaco 2 years and found this spot two weeks ago.

I had the shrimp lonches and they were delicious. It was grilled shrimp with cabbage, tomato and cilantro. Very well served, not greasy and the sauce on the side was the perfect topping. This was an order of 4 and I was full with 2!

First time customers. Chose this spot due to proximity to hotel. We definitely were not disappointed. Fantastic service, quick and attentive. Food was delicious and played beautifully with all the salsa and trimmings. The birria tacos are just as good as mine. I will gladly say they made the list of delicious items on the must have list. Ask for the caramelized pineapple on the birria shrimp tacos. Game changer! Will visit again.

The food, drinks and services was awesome! I love the indoor atmosphere. The only thing I didn’t care for was that outdoors area is right in front of the front door, so if anyone is out there smoking, the smell of the cigarette/cigar comes right in. Doesn’t matter where you sit. Otherwise, it’s still a fantastic place for tacos and drinks.

We got seated very quickly at the entrance and we were helped immediately after sitting down. Our server Andrea was very attentive, and helpful. This was our first time and she walked us through what we should order with both drinks and food! The prices are good but the food and drinks are even better!
