This Popeyes location is my favorite. The staff is super friendly, the place is always very clean, and the service is excellent. I especially appreciate this employee named Gabriel for his very kind attention and for always helping us when we’re not sure what to order.

Good food, the pieces of chicken were gigantic. Made it a bit hard to eat but the flavor was good and the breading had a great crunch to it. The girl that took our order was very nice and we got our food very quickly.

The place is dirty the food was cold i could not even bit threw the chicken it was old and tough Frys where cold and crunchy the Mac and cheese was oily and mushy the coleslaw was old and yellow and was stale .i ask if i can get a rag to clean my own table.(not one table was clean ) Employee came out and kinda cleaned the table use the same rag on the seat on the table top and use the same rag on 4 tables and benches before rinsing the rag. what happened to Popeyes it is gross do not come here i spent 50+ for dog food if they will eat it!! I should have taken some pic but i was trying to figure out what to eat for my money

I just went through the drive thru about 20 min ago 7/29/25 at about 8pm. ordered a number 1 combo with mac an cheese as the side. The girl doing the window kept laughing while some guy inside was saying something. I brushed it off only to get home an see this soon as I opened the side. Looks like the dude ate half of it an explains the laughing now. Wonder what else they did to my food. This was at the payson location. Good job hiring professional people.

First time trying popeyes. The store was disgusting. No clean tables. Trash all over the floor. The employees were unwelcoming and rude. When we finally got our food it wasnt even warm. The Mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and they had napkins sitting on the sink instead of paper towels to dry your hands. Seriously super disappointed. ♀️

This Popeyes was amazing! I was nervous about coming at 12:30 on a Saturday, but they exceeded expectations!
Our food got to us in less than five minutes, and was hot, fresh and delicious! The lobby was very clean as well!

This was tasteless and cold. The only thing that had flavor was the sodas that is really sad. The employees you could tell didn’t want to be here and they were bothered that they had customers. The tables and chairs were not cleaned. My husband asked for a wet towel to wipe our table and they were annoyed that he asked them to do their jobs. Very very sloppy.

I wasted $12 on cold fries and a chicken sandwich that was 90% batter and 10% chicken. The amount of chicken couldn’t even compete with a chicken nugget because it was a small amount of edible chicken and a small amount of dry chicken.
Save your money and go elsewhere. They don’t even try and makeup for their mistakes by looking at all the negative reviews. It’s “give us another try” but nothing seems to really be improving and lack of people loosing out on their money is very the poor service and quality of the food.
