The food was good. But, very tiny portions. I was hungry again about 2:00. 50 cent for a cup of water. 4% to use a credit card. The lady at the counter had a bit of an attitude. They did comp us a tray of fried onions for the table. I doubt we’ll be going back.

I absolutely LOVE this place I come here almost every day for lunch and always get the same thing the pulled pork sandwich on garlic toast with Cole slaw. The pulled pork is always so juicy and fresh and you can taste all the seasoning and the smoke flavor is phenomenal. The coleslaw is always perfect so sweet and juicy every time just the way I like it!!! The ladies that work the drive thru and the front counter are always so sweet and nice and helpful I just love this place all way around would 10000000% recommend coming and trying them out

This place is AMAZING! So glad I found this you guys! The woman who served us was excellent the food came fast and fresh and was oh so good! I DO wish yall would put greens on the menu with some trimmings in it cause omg! Ribs were a good size too. I had my husband go there to get me some fried scallops and he got breaded wings for himself. After he placed the order and waited for the food he said “where are the scallops?” They forgot to make the scallops. So then he waited for them to make them and they barely cooked them, which made the scallops tough, and breading was barely browned and the scallops had SAND in them. Worst scallops I EVER had. My husband said the wings were good, but I personally will NEVER eat from there again.

First time here, passed by few times and thought I would stop in.
Got fried talapia, sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese. The talapia was perfectly fried, perfectly flakey, and perfectly seasoned. The sides were decent enough, the mac could have had more flavor but wasnt bad at all.
Cant say how long they have been here, but it was slow with only 2 other orders in front of me. I would imagine business should be busier especially considering the price point for the amount of food & great quality the serve.

They have outdone themselves with the chicken and rib special! 3 ribs, 2 pieces of dark chicken and 1 side (green beans are excellent!) for $12.99… can’t beat the price or the taste, and I’m not exaggerating!

The Baked Beans are fantastic, and I have no quarrels ’bout the meat they sell. Brisket is ok, pork has awesome flavor and right amount of smoke, and chicken I recommend highly. However, I suggest, if by chance you may want a BBQ Salad, go elsewhere. It’s not worth the money, the meat is very skimpy, very small amount of vegetables, and don’t even think about tomato or cucumber. For over 15$ you would expect something more appealing from a local joint, stay with the major chains for the salad. At least you get what your money pay for.

This was my first time eating here and all of the meat was cold! They didn’t even attempt to warm it up, and I couldn’t even smell any food cooking. The ladies working up front were pleasant, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

We were really disappointed when Smokey’s closed. Glad another BBQ place came along. Interior remolding is nice. Sad to see that table service is gone. You have to order at the counter and then pick up at the window. Drive thru is a nice addition. Our visit on 3/9 was only their second week open. Turkey was average. Sausage was good. We will be back to try the seafood.

It’s definitely a nice restaurant very spacious Jessica was very helpful with my order and any needs that I had while I was in the dining room my two complaints have to do with the food the chicken wings special for 1899 definitely was not chicken wings it was mini chicken strips and I do MINI , not worth the 1899 and the ranch dressing is 99 cent for extra and it’s not filled all the way to the rim I could see paying 50 maybe even 75 if it was filled all the way, but 99 cents per container is ridiculous oh also the salad had no eggs no cucumbers and there was no acknowledgement of that stuff not being on the salad even after I inquired what came on the salad that is still not what I got, this is my first time here I must say the music the atmosphere the friendliness of the staff were very nice it’s just my complaint to the food and the woman’s bathroom was down I will visit again but I cannot give it a five star just because I feel I was fooled with the advertisement of the chicken wings beware of advertisement when going to this restaurant
