Cold Stone Creamery in Bloomfield, Michigan absolutely deserves five stars! Even with only one employee working behind the counter, she delivered exceptional customer service — friendly, fast, and impressively efficient from scooping to checkout. It’s rare to see someone manage a steady flow of customers with such professionalism and positivity, and she did it flawlessly.
I ordered the Birthday Cake Remix in a Like It (small) size, and the portion was incredibly generous — more than enough to satisfy any ice cream craving. The ice cream itself was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, exactly what you expect from Cold Stone. It was quickly prepared and mixed to perfection.
One of my favorite parts of visiting this location is watching the ice cream creation process on the cold stone. The mix-in experience is always fun, unique, and part of what makes Cold Stone Creamery stand out among ice cream shops in the area.

I came in with my friends for some ice cream and we noticed a kid was by himself with another man leaving the store right when my group of four and another of two came in. Instead of staying to help the kid that was clearly new they left him alone. Even so he was very optimistic and able to complete our order to the best of his ability because the previous person did not prep any toppings for him. Overall out experience was great but only because of Caleb.

Ordered two gotta have its through delivery – one peanut butter cup perfection and one cookie doughn’t you want some sub cake batter. One peanut butter cup in pb cup perfection with no fudge or pb and was given a completely different order for cookie doughn’t you want some. It’s not cake batter ice cream, it has pecans, caramel and brownies. The manager needs to contact me and give me a refund.

This location is terrible, especially if you order delivery. They shoved the waffle bowl in and crushed it. The lid wasn’t even on all the way because if this. Other locations send the waffle bowl separately so i can put the ice cream in it myself. Additionally, I got the Founders Favorite my ice cream isn’t mixed at all with giant chunks of brownies. For the cost, I could have received better from dairy queen.

I stopped in here the other day to get ice cream with a couple of buddies.
This is my first time at this location, but I have to say that I am a huge fan of Cold Stone.
The lady who took care of us was upbeat and friendly. I got the coffee-flavored ice cream.
We were able to get in and out pretty quickly. That is a bonus the restaurant was pretty busy when we went. The ice cream was fantastic, just like always.

They had foul music like hood/gangster music playing, gave very slim rations, and were hard to hear/understand too quiet. Also their equipment/machines in the back looked really old/rundown and dirty. Absolutely zero hospitality. I even tipped a couple bucks even though my 2 shakes came out to over 15$. I think both of them were new though because they were kind of slow and the guy kept asking the girl how to put items into the register. The light up sign also looks broken and the lights are flickering. Not trying to be rude, but I am going to share my true experience, as I have also put in very positive reviews for other places.

I ordered kids cup of ice cream for my child. They handed the cup of ice cream to my child then I got my ice cream. My child started eating it. When they gave me my total, I questioned the amount. She said that is a like it not a kids cup. I couldn’t do any out it because my child has already eaten a couple of bits. Beware when you ask for a size they might give you a different size. Will never go back..
