I’m not gonna lie I walked in and thought this Cold Stone was going to be disgusting. Oh, was I pleasantly surprised. The ice cream artist was skilled at her craft and pumped out our orders like there was absolutely no tomorrow. The ice cream was so fresh, no freezer burn in the slightest. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. One of the female employees was shockingly rude and disrespectful, with no professionalism whatsoever. Her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and made what should have been a simple ice cream visit completely miserable.
There was no greeting, no patience, and no effort to help, just attitude. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place that relies on customer service to survive. This behavior reflects poorly on management and the entire location.

Extremely disappointed in this branch of coldstone. I go to coldstone once a week to purchase 2 gallons of ice cream to make shakes at my house every night. Went in to purchase 2 plain chocolate gallons and I get home and it tastes nothing like regular coldstone chocolate it tastes exactly like there chocolate cake batter though which gives me bad heartburn. OK no big deal I call to explain the confusion and the manager on duty tells me “I make the ice cream its perfectly fine I won’t be refunding or replacing anything if you have a problem you can use the website to contact corporate.. after I asked to speak to her supervisor. Now I have to go online just to try and return 2 everybody’s gallons that I won’t touch. 40 dollars in ice cream in the trash because this branch cant handle a simple order. Ill never be back to cranston coldstone ever again.

I don’t believe I lived 29 years of my life without trying Cold Stone. This ice cream was SO GOOD. I love the variety and the ability to customize. The girl working when we went was so nice and helpful. This is my first experience so I can’t compare it to other locations, but we will definitely be back to this one!

Haven’t had coldstone in years. And this was not the best experience. We ordered a cake batter batter pint ($10). The ice cream itself had declined in quality and they didn’t even mix the brownie in. We found a whole piece of brownie settled in the bottom.

But this young man was obviously high on something. I asked a couple of questions, he did not know the answers too. (Very basic btw). Flavors , size ect
I asked if he could inquire with another employee and find out, he started giggling. And gave me a blank stare. At the end of the transaction he was having trouble cashing us out, again he thought this was funny.
Very disappointing visit. Customer service was HORRIBLE!!
