My experiences has always been for the most part pretty good my only dislike and why I could not give this a full five stars is they have to do better at the portions so if I pay $18 for a sandwich and a smoothie and you put in a little bit more of the product in my smoothie that means that I would want the entire Smoothie whatever there is left I would want all of it on several occasions. There has been instances where they have overdid the portions and I have been charged for the extra so if they fill the cup up and it’s some remaining in the blender I require that they give me what’s in the blender as well if I paid $18 I think I deserve every bit of the product that I paid for all of the ladies are very pleasant. They’re very nice. They’re very courteous is just when it gets to the management. It seems to be that they do not want the girls to be able to give you the extra from the blender. That is the only reason I could not give them a full five stars.

TRASH!!! Smoothie qualities have went down hill since the older employees have left. Young lady who makes the smoothies with the glass & blonde hair HORRIBLE… no matter if you order in or order online. They taste so diluted & bland. After today I’ll purposely drive to other tropical smoothie. They will not be receiving my money ever again. Loyalty or not!!

I love a good smoothie…especially after a workout!! The place is bright and open with seating for a team or a couple of people. The people who work there are very nice and try their best to be fast. The smoothies are tasty. On this trip, I opted for a smoothie that had Acai, mango, and other great fruit. Next time I’ll try one of their green smoothies! Overall a great smoothie spot in a great location!

I visited for the first time with my daughter today. She wanted to go so bad because the only location that she knew of was in Indianapolis. We traveled 40 minutes to this location because it was the closest one we found. I ordered a Bahama Mama with the Sante Fe Chicken quesadilla, and she ordered the Detox Island with the Avocado Grilled Cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a side item. The smoothies were delicious and staff was nice. It wasn’t busy at all when we arrived. I waited till I got home to eat my quesadilla, and was extremely disappointed. Looking at it, it looked full, but as soon as I touched it, it was flat. I went to open it and there was hardly ANY chicken or toppings. I really paid for a toasted tortilla with cheese. My daughter was very sad to see because that is not what she is used to at other locations she’s been to. I just wish they would take more pride in their other menu items. If I ever decide to return at all, I will only order smoothies.

The girl that often takes orders is short and rude and her attitude can be very off putting especially when it’s early in the morning. Maybe it’s just how she talks but if I’m greeting someone I would at least smile and not act like everyone in the store is a bother

Good smoothies with a lot of different options and the food is good also. My go to smoothie is the Bahama mama for sure. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because the smoothies are a hit or miss based on who makes it. I feel like some people put too much ice and some just don’t make it the same but when it is made right it’s absolutely phenomenal!

Was our first time there. We got the Sante Fe dilla and it was splendid!! As for our smoothie, we shared a Sunrise Sunset. It was very tropical and fruity!!

Had an acia bowl. It was just ok. Underwellming actually.
I have had better bowls. I didn’t like the fact that the acai blend was hard and frozen like it had been sitting in a freezer. Just means it was made fresh. I’ve had better. The pic looks better than it was.
