Ive come in with my toddler to get us a smoothie treat a couple times now, and i had to give a shoutout to the girl who gave attention to my lil boy and swept after him over and over to make him laugh. When we come in she recognizes him and just makes us feel so welcome. I wish i had her name, but I really appreciate her making him feel special. Thank you! Great service and amazing smoothies!!

I came in today for my lunch break and expressed how this had been my first time at any Tropical smoothie and didn’t know what to get. I let the 2 young gentlemen who were working the front choose what I should get and i was not disappointed. The smoothie and wrap were both a 10 out of 10. Great service; great smoothie; great food.

I love Tropical smoothies but the on in Salisbury, NC needs to do better with the smoothies Maybe they do not leaving it enough in the blender The last 2 times that I ordered a smoothy had chunks of ice and I had a hard time using the straw It is that, or they try to make it with too much ice. A solution: Sent staff for in job train to other franchises like the one in Cornelious, NC. The smoothies there are always perfect and delicious

To be honest, I hadn’t heard about this place until my wife suggested it to me (she heard of it from her work) as a place for us to try and get a quick bite to eat. So we checked out their online menu, saw a number of things that caught our eye, and settled on the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread (with jalepeno corn as the side) and Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap (with kale & apple slaw as the side). I went and picked it up with minimal wait. The staff were friendly and I picked up the order and brought it home. The verdict? I was intrigued first by the jalepeno corn and that’s a home run right away. The wife wanted some too, naturally, and we both agree it’s delicious. Nice roasted corn with a delayed taste of the jalepeno’s heat. It came in a small bowl and it was just enough, a very nice compliment to the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread I ordered. The flatbread is a good sized sandwich, full of chunks of chicken, cheese, lettuce, and a light ranch sauce. (You could also get with tomatoes, I just chose to de-select them.) This sandwich is delicious; not over or understuffed with ingredients and full of flavor. I would definitely get this again. It’s delicious and filled me up just enough. As for my wife, she enjoyed the kale & apple slaw (and I agree it was good) but also preferred my jalepeno corn. She said her Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap was very good and she would get it again. She felt that it had a good amount of heat to it as well.
All things considered, we’ll definitely be trying this place again. And since it specializes in smoothies, I’ll have to be sure and try one of those the next time I’m there. My wife said they came to her work and offered samples of their smoothies, and she loved the one called “Sunrise Sunset”…..so I know what I’ll go for on our next visit.

I’ve ordered everyday for the past 2 weeks and everytime I order extra toppings and each time I have had to come in and get them put on because they were missed!! Today I ordered again and of course I didn’t get my extra toppings I went to get them put on and the lady refused to put them on for me!! And told me she’s not going to fix it!!! I’m not one to complain about anything mainly because I work in customer service and have for years!!! I spend my money here multiple times a week and that customer service was completely unacceptable!!!
