We stopped by today (Sunday, January 4th, 2026 around 3-4 pm) as we were heading to Missouri City, and I just have to say shout out to the whole team! The guy taking order was so professional, polite, and very well articulated. His kindness got my attention before anything else. When we got the food, everything was fresh. He even asked after handing us the bag, “Is there anything else I can get for you?” Then ended with, “Have a great day.” Professionalism! Manners! I love it. The food was fresh! I had to wait to eat the fries. The whole team today showed up to do exactly what they were hired to do. Mind you, we were the only ones in line at the time, so I expected the food to be cold and slapped together—I was so wrong.

Ordered brisket whopper. Brisket could’ve used more of a smoke flavor. I should’ve added lettuce to the burger. Would’ve been better with onion rings. Cashier in drive-thru was nice.

Went there to get a soda figure it was easy peasy. We sat in line from 9:30 pm to 9:48pm, and then when finally got up to the window the soda was already spilling over and leaked all in side the car and on my daughter’s lap, she told the guy at the window that the soda was spilling over and his reply was it was like that because of no ice being in the soda, so then my daughter gave him the cup back to see if he could wipe it off better and ask him for napkins. He didn’t apologize and he gave one napkin for her to wipe off he clothes and inside the car. It was upsetting that we sat there for a long long time and the service was terrible, I won’t be going back there anymore.

They can’t hear on the microphone and even though there wasn’t a line it still wasn’t a very good burgerking. The food came out descent but the service was below expectations. The soda machine was kinda running out of sprite. I didn’t like it.

Friendliest 330am staff I have ever encountered anywhere. Drive through gal made sure I got the best item based on what I wanted (spicy chicken) and suggested the fiery royal deluxe and it was fast, fresh, friendly service and indeed . THANK YOU!

Wasn’t even given the opportunity to order or eat here. The only employee that was working there, Wasn’t even inside the restaurant, instead she was outside with friends, sitting out in her vehicle doing other things and smoking. This was late at night, tried going through the drive thru. If I could give the place a negative star rating, I would! Do better on who y’all hire please!
