Order on a kiosk, go to a person to put in your order anyway, go to a pickup window, wait, the people at the pick-up window take your receipt, wait, then you get your food. After about 25 minutes the food came out pretty awful. The chicken sandwich came with cheese? And the cheese wasn’t even melted.

There are literally 3 choices for meals. If you get a drink and do the self service, you still have to talk to the cashier and get your drink before your food. I was also hounded by a pretty persistent goose looking to steal my lunch.

Honestly they really DO have a pretty good burger, and the best burgers in Dorney…. but the customer service is horrific. They are SUPPOSED to make up the orders on a first come first serve basis based on how the orders come in – and then call out your number. What they do is people come up to the pickup window hand them their receipt and they make THAT order. So pushier, louder, rude people will get their food first even though other people ordered their food first. Like I said, best burger place in Dorney, but waiting a half hour to get it when others placed their order before me just isnt right.

I can to this establishment at 5:45 PM on August 9th and when I came to the register at first everything was alright the girl up front was so nice and maybe feel welcome to be eating here. But everything after that was a disaster of a customer experience. I came to the next window and waited for 10 mins for my burger turns out they put it on the rack never called the order out and no one knew it was at the next window. Then I was told there were no lids or straws for the soda I had just purchased. The burger was horribly made in which I played 13.59 for. And the ended up charging me a dollar for a little tiny cup of cheese. So how is this business still alive. Come on dourney this whole trip has been a mess so for please change how you do your food business. Or my rating will not change.

Their computer keeps malfunctioning with their meal ticket plan and you have to walk to the other end of the park to get in line to get it fixed. They spent money and put in a great looking pavilion to eat here but then took all the entertainment away so you’re sitting in darkness when the sun goes down with no atmosphere whatsoever
